Easy to make an online appointment and the next day Anthony came out at the time requested and did an excellent job explaining the options and then installing the new garage door opener and then explaining how it works and making sure that we were comfortable with the new product and it’s function. 5 stars for Anthony and for Precision. Evan, the service tech was very professional, provided all the various options to consider, did an inspection of the existing overhead door and garage opener to explain why the existing unit had worn down, and suggested the best garage door opener for my home. He was very transparent and produced a very clean and workable installation. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their garage door service.

When it comes to fixing garage doors, I wouldn’t call anybody else! This is the second garage precision has fixed/ serviced for me. A little bit more on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for… right? They do a tremendous job, thorough and dependable. I also wanna call out their service. I liked the notifications advance of arrival and post service. I highly recommend them and don’t mind at all, paying a little bit more for a superior service That has stood the test of time.

Chris called 30 minutes before arriving and listened diligently to my concerns regarding the garage opener I have had for almost 30 years. He took the motor apart and helped me understand why I was having issues with opening my garage wirelessly. Chris also took his time to inspect the garage, spring, shaft, and track. I was very impressed with how he knew what changes were done to the garage in the past. I also appreciate the time he took to help me learn the risks if I left the garage as it is. Chris went over the cost difference between repairing and replacing the garage opener. After taking in the information he provided I decided to replace the opener. Chris showed me the options I had and went over promotions that were available. After approving the quote for replacing the motor, shaft, and springs Chris completed the job in a timely manner. Before leaving, Chris went over the tasks he completed and made sure I did not have any questions about the opener or the other parts of the garage. I can’t help but feel Chris exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to family and friends.
