Chris restored my broken garage door, not only the repair bout also identified all the deficiencies implemented by the manufacturer and builder. Recommend Chris as among the best for a technician. God bless you my friend and thanks for the support and fix.

Ra’shawde was the repair man / installer that came out to my property. He was friendly and informative; answered all of my questions. He did a great job replacing my garage door opener as well as the two garage springs. The price to do this was much higher than I had anticipated, so that was disappointing, but the technician was professional and did a good job and that made a difference. It was also quite easy to schedule the service online and make a same day appt. Overall, I’m satisfied with everything except for the price.

Called Precision Garage Door at 10:30 am on a Sunday after a garage door spring snapped and within the hour they were at our front door. Chris Schukay was very professional and friendly. He went over what needed to be done to fix the issue and also explained what else he recommended to make sure our ten year old garage door system ran at its peak performance. He was very informative but not pushy just to make a sale. Our issue was fixed in a super timely manner and will be resolving some of the other issues in the future. Highly recommend Precision and Chris!

I'm sure this will get deleted, but... The crew who showed up was great. Called on their way, showed up on time, checked everything over thoroughly to find all the issues, communicated with us friendly and effectively, and as far as we can tell they did good work. However... I definitely regret not getting another quote first. Spent 3x what we had thought was a reasonable amount budgeted for a simple garage door repair and the practice of "already being in our home" is a high pressure sales tactic so I agreed to the repair. So now I'm going to have financial stress for the next few months at least. Not to mention that I thought I was calling a local company and they sent a crew from 70 miles away. So much for trying to support local business.

We needed work on our 20-year-old garage door, and technicians Carlos and Roland were friendly and courteous and they explained what was needed, and our options. Once we gave the go-ahead, they worked efficiently, and, before they left, they went through the new equipment with us to be sure we were satisfied with the work.

Well, the first thing that impressed me was so easy to make the appointment. I loved it. After that, the technician Cooper was really friendly professional knew what he was talking about and he went above and beyond what I was expecting from him. I’m really happy with the service that I got.

After a little negotiation, I agree to my budget. The technician was really fast, he installed 2 overhead springs.

I used Precision Garage Door service for a repair / replacement of an old spring system that had broken. Technician Joe was on time, courteous and knowledgeable as he worked through my outdated mess of parts. The quote was much more than I had planned so he went back to get a lower price approved. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this business and would recommend to others.

Chris Miller

Eventually your garage door will stop operating. It just happened to me. I called Precision Garage Door service and they sent someone out quickly. It was the second time I had used Precision Garage with positive results. The representative they sent was named Tyler. He walked me through what had happened and my options. Tyler provided excellent advice given that it was over 11 years old. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Precision Garage Door did our original door replacements 7 years ago and they just serviced our small door today. Quality technician and outstanding work.

I have used Precision Door for many years. I always had excellent service from their technicians. Today, Jeff came to my home at the promised time. A very pleasant gentleman. After the job, Jeff made sure that I inspected that the service provided was working properly. Which it did. Thank you, John Cibiras
