The agent you sent me was very professional and the installers were also. I gave a bid from another company to the agent and he said he would have someone from the office call me. I spoke with (maybe) Hanna? and she said your company would match the 3 openers and the insulated door. They brought the openers, but when I knocked on the door I realized it wasn't insulated. I told them I was promised that your company would match the other offer; not in price because their price was $175 less than yours, but in product (including the insulated door)I didn't like the way the other companies agent spoke of their competitors. I will be satisfied once you install the insulation as promised. I paid you immediately and I think you will follow through with the insulation because your employees seem ethical and therefore I can assume that the entire company is. Again, I would really like to commend the people you have working for you and the door appears to be installed nicely.
