Van did an excellent job. This my first home.... thus my first automatic door. I have been suspicious of any contractor not knowing what to look for. Home ownership is all new to me. Van explained everything. He explained the why, what and how. That made it a little easier for me to think I would get what I was paying for. The door works fine. I had questions about other products (stronger doors, insulation, etc.) and he answered all. Thanks Van. You guys definitely have my kudos and recommendation.

Called for service early afternoon and tech was here by 2pm! Quickly discussed options related to 1988 door opener issues. He installed new unit, and went through all the features, cleaned up and was out by 4pm. Tech was very friendly, did high quality of work and was knowledgeable about the various products offered by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Also answered various questions regarding the difference between wind rated garage doors and the existing door. He also advised that we should consider changing out the springs as the current ones we barely pulling the door up; as noticed when I had released the door in order to get my wife's car out of the garage. Overall very pleased.

Company was recommended by neighbor in our sub-division. Service performed was garage door spring replacement and replace rollers along the side of the garage door. Work was performed professionally by competent technician. Advice was also provided on maintaining the garage door. I would highly recommend this company and the technician who worked on my door.

Garage door repair. Technician's were very knowledgeable and courteous. A complete diagnostic was given as to repairs needed and pricing. Although I was not able to do all the repairs at that time, it was good to know what was needed in addition to the issued that I originally called about. I would absolutely call on Precision in the future for repairs or garage door replacement.

Today, Dec7'15, Chris Wheaton as always was very thorough when he inspected my dumb waiter (that he installed in Sept'13) and garage overhead door to my house.
