I decided to call Precision Garage Door to replace a broken torsion spring based on the add in the yellow pages of the phone book. I am so pleased to report that from beginning to end it was an excellent experience. When my call was quickly answered, I explained my problem and was asked when I wanted to set up the appointment. I replied as soon as possible. Nick, the technician arrived the following morning on time. Once he assessed the problem, checked how the entire system was functioning, then he gave me an evaluation of the entire system. He had found some other problems, but there was no hard sell and we quickly agreed to what work would be performed. He then gave me an estimate which pleased me and set off to work. Everything was done in a little more than an hour in the most professional and courteous manner. I definitely recommend Precision if anyone needs garage door services.

Andrew was just here and did an awesome job! I called the company after an internet search as I was attracted to the positive reviews. I knew the torsion spring was broken already. The company is very professional and sent me an email confirmation prior to the appt. Technician also called 30 min. prior to arriving which I really appreciated. Arrived on time, did a thorough check of the door and the hardware gave me 3 options of repair/upgrade of equipment and deferred maintenance. Andrew explained everything to me and what would be done depending upon the services/repairs. I chose what was most economical for me at the time and I am super happy. Service man Chris, did a great job with a very difficult garage door. Chris was quite creative due to the tightness of space in the garage and due to the vehicle being in the way. Still he found ways to work around the obstacles. I appreciate that your company was able to get to the job so quickly. This is a rental and the tenants car was trapped in the garage. I was unable to lift the door due to a broken torsion spring. My only concern was not being able to acquire my usual 3 estimates for the job. So I have no idea of the price comparison. Thanks for the quick professional service.

Van did an excellent job. This my first home.... thus my first automatic door. I have been suspicious of any contractor not knowing what to look for. Home ownership is all new to me. Called for service early afternoon and tech was here by 2pm! Quickly discussed options related to 1988 door opener issues. He installed new unit, and went through all the features, cleaned up and was out by 4pm. Tech was very friendly, did high quality of work and was knowledgeable about the various products offered by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Also answered various questions regarding the difference between wind rated garage doors and the existing door. He also advised that we should consider changing out the springs as the current ones we barely pulling the door up; as noticed when I had released the door in order to get my wife's car out of the garage.
