The technician that evaluated and repaired my garage door was very professional and efficient. I had another company out here that tried to charge me over $867 for all new parts they stated I needed. I was skeptical of there evaluation and called Precision out to evaluate my door. Unbelievably fast and complete service. Started with technician coming at 3 pm followed by a call technician available by 11 am. Showed on time, had all parts available, and taught every important aspect about how to operate the new garage door opener. That's what I call 100% customer care and integrity. Service personnel showed up on time ( actually a little early) finished the work on time and within estimate of time and money. They repaired and replaced certain hardware parts with new parts, and checked out the operation of the door. Things worked well, were done on time and they covered all the details. Although I wasn't expecting to buy a new belt drive garage door opener installed (only called to have existing key pad fixed or replaced), I am extremely happy with the results. Every time I open or close the garage door, I'm amazed at how much more quieter it is. I also love the fact the I am able to lock the door so no one from the outside can open it. After my old door was damaged last year, I called Precision Door to see if it could be repaired. They came that day, checked it out, made temporary repairs and gave me an estimate on a much needed new door. The new door was installed in less than a day. It was so quiet you could not tell if it was working. Called again to have it checked and adjusted. Again prompt, on time and courteous. Highly recommend them!

10 year old 1/2 hp opener failed and I upgraded to a 3/4 hp belt drive that is very quiet. Opener failed on Monday and new opener was installed on Wednesday. Great prompt service!
