The service techs that came out were extremely nice and and answered all my questions thoroughly. They explained the issue with the old opener and gave me several options for resolving the problem. They were quick and through installing the new door opener and explained the operation in detail. I am very pleased with the service and the new door opener.

Chris replaced the broken spring with a new spring of the same size and replaced the center bearing and bracket. After doing a "lift test" he realized the broken spring was undersized. He removed the new spring he had just installed and replaced it with a spring 2 sizes larger. It passed the "lift test". Many technicians would have left the undersized spring and the customer wouldn't have known the difference. GREAT JOB! Thanks Chris

Chris came out late at night (9-11pm) to fix our garage door as a washer/dryer set was being delivered first thing the next morning.
