The spring collapsed when my wife left for work. I called this company and at 1:00 PM a gentleman arrived. He explained in detail the whole process and then showed me two estimates. One was including every part that needed to be changed so the door would be fixed in its entirety. The other estimate just to change the springs and the parts that needed replacing. I agreed to the lowest price. This is one of the things that catches one by surprise and sometimes where just not ready. I do have to say that David did an amazing job and was very professional and helpful.

Felix was prompt. He inspected the garage door and explained the areas of concern. The areas of concern were listed in order of greatest to least importance. Options were provided that best suited my family's needs. During the repair, Felix was able to show the condition of the bearings and rod. After the repair, he reviewed the maintenance schedule with me and my wife. The garage door now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. We are more than satisfied with the repair, and would recommend Percision Garage Door Service.

I was so impressed with this company! The spring on my door broke. I called the company around 4 PM and they said they could come out the same evening. Within 15 minutes a technician called and said he finished another job and could be at my home within 20 minutes. He came and gave me an estimate on what needed to be repaired and additional maintenance items that could be done now or later. The technician, Cooper, was very knowledgeable and did the repair quickly. He was courteous and respectful. I definitely would refer them and use them in the future.

Ra’shawde was the repair man / installer that came out to my property. He was friendly and informative; answered all of my questions. He did a great job replacing my garage door opener as well as the two garage springs. The price to do this was much higher than I had anticipated, so that was disappointing, but the technician was professional and did a good job and that made a difference. It was also quite easy to schedule the service online and make a same day appt. Overall, I’m satisfied with everything except for the price.
