Professional, skilled and excellent communication from scheduling coordinator to technician. A special word of praise for Anthony Amadeo. He is a technician who is knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. I will ask for Anthony for any future needs through Precision. Although I am certain all technicians are good, Anthony is great!

I spoke to Cassandra at 8:00am regarding my garage door spring being broken. Chris the Technician arrived promptly at 10:00am, and expeditiously replaced my garage door spring and corresponding bearings. I am very happy with the work performed, and the price was reasonable. Thank you Chris and Cassandra for making my day pleasant.

Jose was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job replacing my garage door motor and accessories. I’ve had two Precision Door technicians inform me that the original Chamberlain motor was not a standard Precision Door installation and was under powered. A little disappointed that I’m replacing it at just five years of service. However, Jose did a great job and my door is operating much smoother and quieter with the new motor.

John Turner

Professional, provided options, explained the options and the process - did a replacement timely.

Sandra Cohea-Weible

Joe was perfect. He was curious, professional, clean, and explained everything very clearly. He was also very kind and pleasant with us. If we need further work on our garage we will call your company and ask for Joe. Joe is the best.

My technician, Victor, was very thorough and cleaned up nicely afterwards. He also explained the things I could do as a homeowner to preserve my garage door.

We purchased a lifetime warranty from this company 8 years ago. The belt broke on the opener. They came out and said it's just the belt and would cost $180 for the belt and it's not covered under our warranty. We said go ahead and replace it, then after doing that he said your motor is burned out to and a new motor starts at $1700 and goes up to $3200 depending on if you want wifi. He claimed they only use "professional" openers and that's why they are so expensive. He claimed the ones at home depot or Lowes are for DIYers and they won't hold up. We told him to take the belt off, re-tension the springs and we'll replace the opener ourselves. Then he tried to scare us by saying that if we get stuck trying to install it, it will cost $350 for him to come out to install it. This company should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business this way. For the record "professional" doesn't mean squat. Industrial or commercial grade on the other hand does, and I assure you that's not what he was showing us. I looked up an industrial grade opener from liftmaster and it's a beast and by the way costs $1300 not $1700. Avoid this company at all costs. You can purchase an opener with wifi and a camera from Lowes for $250 and they will install it for $169. I could keep going on with more this guy was saying, but I'm sure you get the picture.

Working in the garage this morning. While the garage door was closed I heard a pop and Saw the spring broken. Scheduled a repair the same day with Precision garage door. Tech came out within an hour and made repairs. Incredible! Thank you.

Cindy Arnold

We knew our garage door was having issues but we were hoping to make it through the holidays. When our spring broke and the door was unable to open, it was very inconvenient. Precision Garage Door was surprisingly able to come out that very evening and complete the repair. We scheduled a great payment plan and going forward, we have a checklist of other repairs we can pursue in the future. Thank goodness for this company.
