I recently had a large (8’x18’) garage door repaired and a new opener installed. The technician was excellent — courteous, patient, professional, and fully equipped to handle the job. Scheduling was fast (same-day), the work quality was excellent, and the end result is great. That said, several upgrade options were presented that, in hindsight, may not have been strictly necessary. I chose to proceed with more work than required for convenience and peace of mind, but I’d suggest future customers carefully review what’s essential versus optional. Pricing seemed on the higher side compared to parts costs I found online — about $2,500 total, including roughly $920 in parts — but the workmanship and professionalism were top-notch. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results, though next time I’d take a little more time evaluating the scope of work and costs.

Called for service on my garage door for first time since I bought my unit 2 yrs ago..Jose showed up and explained what the issue was and realized the garage door has been in place for about 20 yrs without any kind of service... My garage door sensor was due for a replacement and we discussed options and I decided to have the sensors, motor and keypad replaced as well bcuz it wasn't working..but it was all a great deal, and jose completed the services the same day..and pricing was very reasonable! My garage door is now more quiet! Oh yea forgot to mention how loud my garage door was when opening and closing...but thank you so much for your services! Highly recommended!
