Contacted them on a Saturday morning after the big spring snapped and was thrilled they could come out that day. Our technician was professional and thorough. Examined the door and suggested certain maintenance and repairs beyond the replacement of the spring. The door was 20 years old and needed some work. Not cheap but seemed reasonable given the fact that he was here for 2 1/2 hours. Highly recommend them.

I recently had a large (8’x18’) garage door repaired and a new opener installed. The technician was excellent — courteous, patient, professional, and fully equipped to handle the job. Scheduling was fast (same-day), the work quality was excellent, and the end result is great. That said, several upgrade options were presented that, in hindsight, may not have been strictly necessary. I chose to proceed with more work than required for convenience and peace of mind, but I’d suggest future customers carefully review what’s essential versus optional. Pricing seemed on the higher side compared to parts costs I found online — about $2,500 total, including roughly $920 in parts — but the workmanship and professionalism were top-notch. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results, though next time I’d take a little more time evaluating the scope of work and costs.
