Service received from consultation to installation was excellent!

Jonathan Rogers

The technician that came out to my house was very informative very patient very knowledgeable and at the end of our conversations, we concluded I needed to buy a new garage door opener. He did not pressure that sale. It just came to a logical conclusion. The technician did a very good job with the installation training and showing me the paperwork that went along with my new garage door opener. it was a very good experience and I would recommend him and the company to anybody.

Penny Downing

The estimate was done quickly and the price was fair. The garage door came in when expected and was installed promptly. Both of the technicians did an excellent job. I would recommend this company if you need a new door.

SO thankful for this technician and service company. I had a broken spring, misplaced and old cables, displaced rollers/hinges, rusted shaft. Kemar was warm and professional, explained everything (issues identified, recommendations, cost for repairs). I had researched that this company may have been priced on the higher side, but I wanted the job done fast and accurately. I made the right choice. Thanks Precision!

Angelina Deserino

Ron was punctual and professional. I have used this company a few times and it seems a little pricey but it’s definitely worth it. The garage had to have a new coil and now the door hasn’t sounded so quiet

I couldn’t get my garage door open because both springs snapped and Precision Garage Door was able to get someone out to me next day (it could have been same day but I was unavailable). Technician Felix Rosario came out and fixed my garage door in no time! Felix was very friendly, worked with my budget and even loved on my overly affectionate large dog haha! This is my second time using this company and I will continue to use them for all of my future garage door needs.

Sean Harnage

Everything someone could ask for in a service call. I ended up doing simply the maintenance needed, and that resolved my problem. However, the service technician pointed out certain areas that I want to keep my eye on for future upgrades. Kumar was So helpful, on time, Got the door working again, and gave me some tips. It was wonderful. Thank you so much!

I needed a new remote. I have a Lanier opener installed by Precision garage door opener services. I bought a new remote, but the store didn’t have Lanier, so I bought a Chamberlain universal remote. The box said it would work with Lanier. I could not get it to work properly, but at one point it did close the door. So I called Precision and asked for help over the phone. They wouldn’t do that. So they sent a tech to the house. He was nice but he said that this remote wouldn’t work, because he tried it at another place. He never tried. Then he called a coworker, phone on speaker, and he said the same thing. It sounded like a rehearsed routine. I ended up buying a Lanier remote from him and the price was listed at $181. He gave me a 10% coupon, so I paid $161 for the remote. After he left, I looked up the price for the exact, and every where was $22-37. That is a huge price difference.

The spring snapped on our garage door Friday morning. We called for help, and our technician was there within the hour. He did a full inspection and made recommendations based on the condition of the door and the hardware. More than the one spring really needed replacement based on visible evidence and future safety. We spent more than expected, but It was not an upsale. We were very pleased with the outcome and a door that is not a time bomb for future repairs. All work was warranted also. I recommend them highly.
