This company, Precision, is Aces. They not only rebuilt my door with quality parts and accessories, They were done in about 2 hours. Thank you Victor, Tyler and Zach. They pointed out what the original installer “Overhead door” didn’t do. My home is only two years old and system was so cheap so lacking quality that after only two years was significantly warn out enough to warrant full replacement. An unfortunate scam when one builds a new home in Florida and the builder sub contracts the garage door out to what I thought was a good name in garage door opening systems. Precision hit it out of the park, wished I’d of known about you guys 3 years ago I would have hired you instead of letting my builder do it. Keep up the good high quality work you do. You guys ROCK!!

Jose was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job replacing my garage door motor and accessories. I’ve had two Precision Door technicians inform me that the original Chamberlain motor was not a standard Precision Door installation and was under powered. A little disappointed that I’m replacing it at just five years of service. However, Jose did a great job and my door is operating much smoother and quieter with the new motor.

We purchased a lifetime warranty from this company 8 years ago. The belt broke on the opener. They came out and said it's just the belt and would cost $180 for the belt and it's not covered under our warranty. We said go ahead and replace it, then after doing that he said your motor is burned out to and a new motor starts at $1700 and goes up to $3200 depending on if you want wifi. He claimed they only use "professional" openers and that's why they are so expensive. He claimed the ones at home depot or Lowes are for DIYers and they won't hold up. We told him to take the belt off, re-tension the springs and we'll replace the opener ourselves. Then he tried to scare us by saying that if we get stuck trying to install it, it will cost $350 for him to come out to install it. This company should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business this way. For the record "professional" doesn't mean squat. Industrial or commercial grade on the other hand does, and I assure you that's not what he was showing us. I looked up an industrial grade opener from liftmaster and it's a beast and by the way costs $1300 not $1700. Avoid this company at all costs. You can purchase an opener with wifi and a camera from Lowes for $250 and they will install it for $169. I could keep going on with more this guy was saying, but I'm sure you get the picture.

Working in the garage this morning. While the garage door was closed I heard a pop and Saw the spring broken. Scheduled a repair the same day with Precision garage door. Tech came out within an hour and made repairs. Incredible! Thank you.
