He explained what he would need to do in order to repair my door, the associated cost and recommended replacement parts to for better door operation. I understand that some appointments require service call fees but this appointment was the same problem that I had before, in fact it was identical. after I had to use the emergency pull to open the door after the storm when I got it back on track the door just would open and close and open and close it would never stop this happened once before and I was not charged it should not be that way when you have to use the rope to open your door that you cannot get it back to where operates correctly so you have to call and pay $65. So my point is twice since I bought this unit from your company I've had to use the emergency rope and twice I've had to call for the same identical problem each time, luckily they waived the trip charge the first time but the problem shouldn't happen every time you have to use the emergency rope.

Excellent service, I called in the morning to get a broken spring fixed and they arrived right on time that day. The service technician was very courteous, and changed the springs and worn out bearings and rollers. The bearings and rollers were changed only after the technician showed me the problems with the parts. Five Star service.
