My garage door service technician was knowledgeable and did a good job installing my new garage door motor. I am giving 3 stars solely because the price I paid for the new garage door motor was very expensive.

A young man named Chris from Sanford showed up precisely on time. His work was meticulous, and he seemed extremely knowledgeable about my problem and others related to garage doors. He even found some problems. I didn’t know existed and subsequently fix them. I would absolutely recommend him without Reservations.

James Dailey

Next day service was available. Repairs completed in less than 3 hours. Technician was superbly knowledgeable and proficient. Repair work was assessed and that assessment was reviewed with me. An overall inspection was done and reviewed with me. Just very thorough and complete process. However, 2 things really standout with Precision. They outline what their inspection shows but they don't use pressure sales tactics to goad you into more services. AND, the repair work is quick and very good quality. I have no issues calling them up and trusting them.

I contacted Precision Garage Door in the morning to make an appointment and they were able to come out same day. In fact I had to juggle my schedule around as they came earlier than expected!!! Kemar came out was professional, explained how he would access my issue and gave a satisfactory resolution. After some adjustments and test, he operated the door a few times to ensure that my garage door and opener was repaired to my satisfaction. I used this same company in another state and definitely said I would use them again.

If you need work done on your garage door do not look any further than Precision. This experience was perfect from beginning to end. Requesting a technician to come out was very simple. I need to call into the office and they answered quickly and everyone there were friendly and helpful And handled my questions quickly. My technician Roland arrived on time, spent more time than expected, looking at the issue, explaining exactly what was wrong, gave me all of my options for repair, and completed the job in A short amount of time. He took it a step further and showed me what he did, why he did it, how he did it, and insured I had no questions. He is a stellar technician and if you have the opportunity to use Precision Garage Door I hope you get to meet this young man. While I’m sure the entire staff are phenomenal. I would ask for him personally by name if I ever need their services again. Thank you to everyone at Precision for an amazing job.

Annamae Patz

Chris was prepared to repair our garage door. It has been in less than a day. So text back in several months to see how things are going.

Walter Hanthorn

They do a fine job as far as the work that needed to be be done but it’s almost identical to speaking to a dealership mechanic or a used car salesman. They try to nickel and dime you for $2000 worth of parts that are unnecessary. That’s a recipe for not getting repeat customers. I know I won’t be back.

David Duncanson

They were great, replaced the springs in a timely manner with very little complications. Thank you Precision.

We feel Evan did an outstanding job representing Precision! He built a rapport with us that set him apart from the other companies we spoke with. He was very knowledgeable, explained the work that needed to be done and provided an educational experience that surpassed other companies. The A+ rating with the BBB, a recommendation from a neighbor and the payment options were extremely important in our decision to do business with Precision. Kudos to Evan and Precision and continue to do excellent work!

Sharon Stonbely

They came the same day I called. Cameron was so nice, very professional. They sent me his picture and name before he came to the house. He discussed all options with me, what I need now and what I will need in the future. Didn’t try a hard sell on anything. I will continue to use them for all the garage door needs. Whether they are the cheapest around or not. By the way, watch out for those $25 ads. They ended up wanting double what Precision wanted.
