We had an old German model, it had to get replaced or fixed but it was 18 years old. At first we just needed to get the door down, had a garage door company come over the day before, he was up front with us about needing at least 2 people to close the door, but they couldn’t fit us in. The next morning I was calling around, I’m glad precision could fit me in today, which I was greatful. Brandon also told me it was a 2 man job. Then Greg showed up with his person he was training Steven. In all they made my door safe and in good working condition. I want to say you have an awesome team, thank you precision!

Thank you for prompt service of my garage door after Hurricane Ian. I called on Sunday and the tech Mason, came Tuesday morning, fixed the problem of the garage door not going all the way down. Tech was professional, courteous and explained everything so I could understand it. Even lubed the hinges for me. That afternoon 2 more techs came by to replace the battery pack that Mason found needed replacing. He didn't have one on his truck. The other 2 techs were equally professional and courteous, asked if I had any questions before leaving. Top notch service all the way. This company has the best customer care of any company I have ever dealt with, and being 79 thats a lot of companies Trust Me. Right from the start, their office asked the necessary questions, made an appointment. They called to confirm appt. , sent an email with the photo of the employee who was coming. Mason called stating when he would arrive. Very polite, well versed on what needed to be done, did his work by getting my car out of the garage, as the door had been completely off the rails and tilted. I was told new springs, wires and new rollers were needed. He quoted a price. Was contacted that same day by ( Brandon) repair crew made appt. they arrived on their appt. time. Completed the final repairs as needed. Again, very competent and experienced repair people. No additional charges even though they really struggled with the door being off center. All repairs completed properly. They again were very courteous answered my concerns and were extremely conscientious of my anxiety and kept me calm as they worked. I must say this company has the best employees, customer response and they stick to their commitment of quality work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage work, they are in my opinion the best of the best. 10 + Stars, darn, I could only give 5 , they deserve much more.

On August 8th, Alex came to the house and inspected our garage door, springs and opener. Sad to say our opener was done (after 22 years ????) and wouldn’t open the door at all. Alex said our springs were getting weak. We purchased the springs from Precision and said they have a lifetime warranty free replacement. Wow that was a savings we needed. After Alex gave us his expert advice, we got the Best of the Best LiftMaster opener. On August 9th, Brandon stopped by to install the springs, steel cables, opener and setup the system. I learned that day, he is a one man army. He was knowledgeable, he had an attitude of ‘Doing it right the first time”. He had difficulty with the old springs coming off the steel rod. He stayed focused and overcame the issue as a professional. He installed everything with attention to detail. Brandon has been doing this for 3 months, I was so impressed. I have had a Sears warranty on our garage door and opener but for two years there have been no service men in a hundred and fifty mile radius to service our door. Finally, and just before I bought a new one from Lowes, I googled and found Precision. I was expecting to be told i had to buy a new door. Brandon, our serviceman said he could fix our door and make everything work like new. Brandon not only fixed the door by replacing almost all parts and putting in a new garage door opener, but he was thorough, very neat and then took the time to go over everything he did and then explain how all worked. He also have us a website to refer to if any issues arose. Brandon also said he had only been with the company for three months! Our garage door issues are over and we will ONLY woek with Precision, and hopefully Brandon, from now on...
