i would give Eugene six stars! He was here well before the appointment, was fast and efficient! Our problem was a broken spring but without pressure from Eugene, only a suggestion, we had to purchase a new garage opener as well! Great job and I would recommend Precision to friends and relatives!

I found your company listed by Yelp. After going to your website, I reviewed your technicians and was pleased with what had been written about the company's service and technicians. I made the phone call to schedule an appt for repair to our garage door. Representative was very pleasant to speak with and was very thorough. I was able to get an appt for the day and time i needed. Technician called before arriving and was right on time. Your tecnician is an asset to your company and represented you well. He was extremely knowledgable, thorough at telling my husband and I what our door issues were, explained pricing, what was included in that price and once we had made the right decision for us, he proceeded right then and there to work on our garage door. I cannot tell you how happy I have a working garage door once again. I will sleep quite well tonight now that my door with an attitude has been fixed. I will recommend your company with ease knowing what a great job that was done for us, will be done for the next person. I am pleased to rate your company with a grade of 5 without any hesitations. Van did an excellent job. This my first home.... thus my first automatic door. I have been suspicious of any contractor not knowing what to look for. Home ownership is all new to me. Van explained everything. He explained the why, what and how. That made it a little easier for me to think I would get what I was paying for. The door works fine. I had questions about other products (stronger doors, insulation, etc.) and he answered all. Thanks Van. You guys definitely have my kudos and recommendation.

Called for service early afternoon and tech was here by 2pm! Quickly discussed options related to 1988 door opener issues. He installed new unit, and went through all the features, cleaned up and was out by 4pm. Tech was very friendly, did high quality of work and was knowledgeable about the various products offered by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Also answered various questions regarding the difference between wind rated garage doors and the existing door. He also advised that we should consider changing out the springs as the current ones we barely pulling the door up; as noticed when I had released the door in order to get my wife's car out of the garage. Overall very pleased.

Company was recommended by neighbor in our sub-division. Service performed was garage door spring replacement and replace rollers along the side of the garage door. Work was performed professionally by competent technician. Advice was also provided on maintaining the garage door. I would highly recommend this company and the technician who worked on my door.
