Mr. Helwig was prompt and arrived at the appointed time. He opened with an offer to completely overhaul the rollers, wire, etc. I told him I only wanted him to replace the springs. He immediately got to the task. He didn't pursue the overhaul subject as some companies do and I was happy about that. Being able to contact a human voice in the early evening, the day I first had a problem, is wonderful.The young lady started me off with a good experience. after several other companies had given quotes, then began the up sales. we decided to call precision. they sent out George who obviously knew his job well. because of him we hired precision for the job.A t that time they sent out Ross and I believe his trainee Will. Both were ready to work when they arrived. Ross was extremely knowledgeable and passing that on to Will as they worked, not with the just do it attitude but the why we do it this way. This type of training is why your employees seem to have all good reviews. This door was for my mothers house so it was important that it was done correctly, and I feel it was.
