The technician that evaluated and repaired my garage door was very professional and efficient. I had another company out here that tried to charge me over $867 for all new parts they stated I needed. I was skeptical of there evaluation and called Precision out to evaluate my door. They were honest only charging me for the parts I actually needed which was less than half of the cost of the other garage door company! Thank you for your outstanding service and honesty.

10 year old 1/2 hp opener failed and I upgraded to a 3/4 hp belt drive that is very quiet. Opener failed on Monday and new opener was installed on Wednesday. Great prompt service!

Vans came promptly on time of the appointment. Offered several options for upgrade maintenance and repairs, then replaced properly both broken torsion springs. The spring replacement is powdered coated, I don't know yet how long the parts will last but it seems durable. I paid exactly the same amount as quoted over the phone. Same day I called, same day repaired. No gimmicks.
