Definitely 5 Stars! I called at 3:15 and was promised a technician would be there between 4-6 pm. He arrived at 5 pm and left at 6 pm with my garage door fixed and working just fine. Great job.

Chris came to our home, diagnosed the problem immediately, explained what he was going to do to fix it, and proceed to do just that. He than did a safety inspection, and discussed that process with me. I asked for a rough estimate for some additional work, and he was glad to provide that information. Chris worked quickly and efficiently, was very polite, and is a definite asset to your company.

It's been six months since the complete overhaul of my door, which included new opener, springs, rollers, etc. It still works as good as the first day it was repaired! Great job Van!!!

The response time was excellent. I was informed on arrival that there would be a $65 service call charge, but was not asked if I wanted or could pay for a tune-up special.

Definitely a five-star rating. First of all, when I called this morning to schedule an appointment the receptionist said that she could send someone out today!! Incredible! Second, the appointment was scheduled from four to six P.M. Imagine my surprise when Ross, the technician, called and said he was in the area and he could come over earlier than scheduled. Another plus for the company!! When he arrived ten minutes later, he was extremely courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, what the time frame would be, and gave us a fair estimate on the cost of the total job. Third, it also helped that I had a coupon from Valpak that made the estimate even lower. When I explained that we were having an open house this coming Sunday to sell our home, he said he would see what he could do to have the job finished before then. What a great experience with a great technician and an even better company. I am totally impressed. I am sure that the door will look incredible when the job is finished.

I chose Precision because prior to moving to Florida the Virginia location worked on my opener there and did a great job. Here Van was the tech and also did a great job. He installed a Precision opener, new rollers, springs, pulleys etc. What was a noisy chain drive opener is now whisper quiet! I am very satisfied.

Excellent service! Saturday service is a wonderful thing. From the first phone call I knew I picked a full service company. Chris my technician called me back within 10 minutes of setting up my appointment. He took the time to address the problem. He explained every detail about my garage door and he took good care of me. Mr. Helwig was prompt and arrived at the appointed time. He opened with an offer to completely overhaul the rollers, wire, etc. I told him I only wanted him to replace the springs. He immediately got to the task. He didn't pursue the overhaul subject as some companies do and I was happy about that. From the time he started until he completed the job, he worked with diligence and demonstrated expertise. He answered my questions with courtesy and thoroughness. This young man inspires confidence and great desire to perform with excellence. It's a pleasure to interact with young men of his caliber.

Being able to contact a human voice in the early evening, the day I first had a problem, is wonderful.The young lady started me off with a good experience. My technician was on time and explained everything to me and gave me several options to choose from to fix my door problem. At no time was I pressured into anything that I felt was not needed to be done. I hope I do not have a further problem but will call Precision if I do.
