The technician was highly efficient and qualified. I had a phone call scheduled which took me away from watching the whole operation. There was a discrepancy between the original estimate and actual bill because of a coupon change? I was not left with instructions as to changing batteries and programing. Wow! I had a problem with my garage door and a knowledgeable technician (Chris) was at my house within a couple of hours and the door was repaired in about an hour. Chris was friendly, honest and had instructions and suggestions for proper maintenance of the door. In addition, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The door is only 4 or 5 years old, so I didn't need new rollers or things like that. I will definitely call Precision Door Service if I have any other issues.

Later I was having dinner and I was telling my friend about all the troubles I was having with the garage door. He recommended your company, because his mother and another friend had used precision and was very happy with you. I did not know what to expect. Ross looked over the situation and mention what is possibly wrong and gave options with cost. However, he had to check the bearings to inform me whether they were bad or good. I was impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he replaced the broken spring and bearings. My wife will be blessed when she arrives home and does not hear the garage door. I had Ross do door maintenance. Wow! All you hear now is the motor. Great work!!!

Van did an excellent job on both my garage doors. He explained the condition of the two doors' hardware, and showed me the options and the cost of each hardware replacement. One door had a broken spring, and I had him do a full upgrade on it. I received a lifetime warranty on that door. I had him replace the springs on the second door. Van worked hard and efficiently.

George did an outstanding job. I originally called Precision for a replacement of my garage door seal. He pointed other things that were worn, rollers, spring, wire. I had to agree with him because all the parts were the original ones that were at least 30 years old. All the work that George did was done in a reasonable amount of time and he cleaned up afterwards. He was very professional in his workman ship and treated me friendly and in a respective manner.
