Chris came out late at night (9-11pm) to fix our garage door as a washer/dryer set was being delivered first thing the next morning. Vans came promptly on time of the appointment. Offered several options for upgrade maintenance and repairs, then replaced properly both broken torsion springs. The spring replacement is powdered coated, I don't know yet how long the parts will last but it seems durable. I paid exactly the same amount as quoted over the phone. Same day I called, same day repaired. No gimmicks.

Technician called before arriving and was right on time. Your tecnician is an asset to your company and represented you well. He was extremely knowledgable, thorough at telling my husband and I what our door issues were, explained pricing, what was included in that price and once we had made the right decision for us, he proceeded right then and there to work on our garage door.
