Chris came out late at night (9-11pm) to fix our garage door as a washer/dryer set was being delivered first thing the next morning. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong and what different options for repair were available. We were very happy with his service and professionalism.

Vans came promptly on time of the appointment. Offered several options for upgrade maintenance and repairs, then replaced properly both broken torsion springs. The spring replacement is powdered coated, I don't know yet how long the parts will last but it seems durable. I paid exactly the same amount as quoted over the phone. Same day I called, same day repaired. No gimmicks.

Called for service early afternoon and tech was here by 2pm! Quickly discussed options related to 1988 door opener issues. He installed new unit, and went through all the features, cleaned up and was out by 4pm. Tech was very friendly, did high quality of work and was knowledgeable about the various products offered by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Also answered various questions regarding the difference between wind rated garage doors and the existing door. He also advised that we should consider changing out the springs as the current ones we barely pulling the door up; as noticed when I had released the door in order to get my wife's car out of the garage.
