Had 40year old fiberglass garage doors ( 1 single, 1 double) that were well beyond their life span. Called around for repair service and Precision not only had a live person answer the phone but had someone out that afternoon. Ended up replacing both doors. Very professional both in personnel and work. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. 5 Stars!

I chose Precision from the professional ad in the phone book yellow pages. The response was quick with the appraiser coming first. Of course the original cost quoted to replace a spring was out the door. The appraiser told me even though I had one spring since purchasing the door that I would now need two springs (new building code). He also pointed out a couple weaknesses in the door hinges and a need to replace some rollers. After he presented me with the cost of repairs I agreed since I felt it was still fair cost wise. The actual installer, Brittany, was great. She was pleasant and got right to work. She knows her job and completed the repairs quickly. She is an asset to the company. The garage door works so much quieter and the extra spring hopefully will take pressure off the springs. All in all I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Precison should have a sticker for the door ( if they didn't put one on ) so their # would be handy for the owner and any neighbors interested in having work done . Precision did a great job replacing the broken torsion springs on my opener. Also installed new rollers that made operation absolutely smooth and quite. Garage door spring broke on Sun morning of a holiday weekend. Had an estimator here within an hour, and the repairman shortly afterwards. The quick response was terrific. Hated to put out the expense, but it was necessary, and I am confident this company will back up their work. I would highly recommend them to everybody.
