Found Precision Door on the internet and they were the first I called on my list of two or three others. It was the day after Christmas so I figured I would leave a message to set up appointment. I knew I had found the right company when a real person answered the phone. The appointment was set up, all questions were answered and the estimate for the work was well within the price range I expected. The technicians Ian and Tyler showed up exactly on time and went to work. I watched the entire process and was very impressed with the way each tech approached the job at hand. They answered all questions and the one he could not answer he was on the phone and got the answer immediately. After clean-up Ian asked if everything was alright and went through all the operational features of the new system. Wanted to say that the techs were fantastic, can’t sat enough about them. The first tech Nick came out on a Sunday in great time and looked everything over told me what I needed, took pictures and gave me the price for all I needed. Shortly after Chis came and did a fantastic job in the repairs explained all he did and everything was cleaned up. Both men were professional and courteous. Great company and great techs that you.

Had 40year old fiberglass garage doors ( 1 single, 1 double) that were well beyond their life span. Called around for repair service and Precision not only had a live person answer the phone but had someone out that afternoon. Ended up replacing both doors. Very professional both in personnel and work. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. 5 Stars!

I chose Precision from the professional ad in the phone book yellow pages. The response was quick with the appraiser coming first. Of course the original cost quoted to replace a spring was out the door. The appraiser told me even though I had one spring since purchasing the door that I would now need two springs (new building code). He also pointed out a couple weaknesses in the door hinges and a need to replace some rollers. After he presented me with the cost of repairs I agreed since I felt it was still fair cost wise. The actual installer, Brittany, was great. She was pleasant and got right to work. She knows her job and completed the repairs quickly. She is an asset to the company. The garage door works so much quieter and the extra spring hopefully will take pressure off the springs. All in all I would recommend this company to friends and family.
