We had an old German model, it had to get replaced or fixed but it was 18 years old. At first we just needed to get the door down, had a garage door company come over the day before, he was up front with us about needing at least 2 people to close the door, but they couldn’t fit us in. The next morning I was calling around, I’m glad precision could fit me in today, which I was greatful. Brandon also told me it was a 2 man job. Then Greg showed up with his person he was training Steven. In all they made my door safe and in good working condition. I want to say you have an awesome team, thank you precision!

I woke up to find a broken spring on my garage door with my car inside. I called a few companies and discovered that I would have to wait at least a week unless I paid an exorbitant fee. I then found Precision. They came quickly and gave me a choice of repair options without surcharges. Bottom line is that the door is now fixed and I do not feel cheated. The technicians were friendly and competent. I couldn't have expected more.

As always, my experience today was perfect! Precision went out of their way to find the correct door seal to avoid water from entering my garage. They were on time, professional, courteous and dressed in Precision attire. Great job!

On August 8th, Alex came to the house and inspected our garage door, springs and opener. Sad to say our opener was done (after 22 years ????) and wouldn’t open the door at all. Alex said our springs were getting weak. We purchased the springs from Precision and said they have a lifetime warranty free replacement. Wow that was a savings we needed. After Alex gave us his expert advice, we got the Best of the Best LiftMaster opener. On August 9th, Brandon stopped by to install the springs, steel cables, opener and setup the system. I learned that day, he is a one man army. He was knowledgeable, he had an attitude of ‘Doing it right the first time”. He had difficulty with the old springs coming off the steel rod. He stayed focused and overcame the issue as a professional. He installed everything with attention to detail. Brandon has been doing this for 3 months, I was so impressed. After our garage door failed and jammed in the late evening I called Precision who scheduled a technician to respond the following morning. Jeremy Santo Domingo arrived promptly that morning and soon thereafter had the door again functional. After his evaluation of the system we elected to have it overhauled (springs, chain, rollers, etc). Bernard Hartfield arrived later that afternoon and rebuilt it. Now it works perfectly and quietly. Their work was expedient and they both were highly professional. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Gard Door Service to anyone who needs service.

Excellent response and excellent workmanship. After calling three companies Precision was the only company that could make it to my house on the day my garage door would not open. I just happened to have that day off and needed to get the repair done on the day I called. My schedule would not allow me to have the repair done for at least five days. The quality of the parts that were replaced and the professional workmanship of the technicians along with a rapid response were outstanding.

Sunday is a day when you want to drive your car but the door will not open, the car is stuck in the garage and you at home. Monday you phone the local people from internet, and in the lunch time the voice "I am 40 minutes from your home". The estimate and the door repair technician, all happens in the next three hours, rain or shine the job is fine. The technician took care of everything. I previously used Precision Door Service for a new garage door opener install in 2013. I’m glad to know they still had all my records when they done the installation and didn’t have to re-provide the information. With so many companies switching systems, this eased one level of frustration. I ended up needing a new spring and tune up. The 1st technician clearly provided what was needed. And a 2nd technician showed up to perform the installation. Price ended up meeting the quoted price and I was back up and running. As a bonus, the garage door opening/closing process was quieter. Additional positives is they provide before and after photos. Also, all information with the photos, warranty, and receipt were sent to me. Only thing I would ask for in the future is for Precision to consider adding in Apple Pay/cardless payments. They appear to be well adapted for the technology age and this would have been perfect. However, since this main goal is to get a repair, this is just a minor ask.

Found Precision Door on the internet and they were the first I called on my list of two or three others. It was the day after Christmas so I figured I would leave a message to set up appointment. I knew I had found the right company when a real person answered the phone. The appointment was set up, all questions were answered and the estimate for the work was well within the price range I expected. The technicians Ian and Tyler showed up exactly on time and went to work. I watched the entire process and was very impressed with the way each tech approached the job at hand. They answered all questions and the one he could not answer he was on the phone and got the answer immediately. After clean-up Ian asked if everything was alright and went through all the operational features of the new system.
