Bernard was very prompt, pleasant and professional. My garage door opener and related parts needed to be replaced, and the garage is unusually shaped, requiring a shorter than normal rail. He handled the special requirements well, and I am very pleased with the end result.

Everything was handled very professionally. The installers were friendly, answered all my questions and concerns, explained how to work all of the devices, what all the safety features were and how to use them properly to prevent injury or damage to the Garage Door System. We would recommend this company to anyone that needs to get a complete garage door system installed or have repairs done. Austin and Zach were the best!

Very nice door and very professionally installed. The team that gave me the initial estimate was helpful with options and what to expect on installation. The install team delivered exactly as described. Everyone was pleasant, on time, clean and efficient. My daughter also had a new door and opener installed with the same excellent results. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Ian and Matt were absolutely incredible.. during their installation of our garage door we had extremely bad rain but they worked through it and got our garage door installed.. My wife and I were very thankful for everything that they did and how thorough they were from explaining the steps by steps of the installation to asking us questions on preferences and were patient enough to explain all the features and the how to’s of our new garage door ( my wife was very happy and thankful about that as well). We will definitely recommend your company 1000% to anyone who needs a new garage door. Thank you precision and thank you Ian and Matt .

I chose Precision Door Service because of the reviews, and I'm not disappointed. Tyler was thorough in his examination of my garage door/opener and spot on with his estimate. I was pleased I could choose whether to replace my door springs and my opener now or just get the new garage door opener. No pressure at all. I was amazed that Steven and Maurice came out to do the work the same day. Both gentlemen were friendly, competent, and patient. They did their job quickly and efficiently. When my neighbor came over and spoke to Maurice, I learned he'd just had his garage door opener replaced by the same company! Five stars there, too!

I had a problem with my garage door and called Precision Door. My call was promptly answered and the employee was very nice on the phone and set up an appointment for me for that day. I received a phone call and text when the technician was on his way to my house. He was very courteous and he walked me through everything that was occurring and what he needed to do to fix it. He got it fixed promptly and made sure I understood everything. It was a great experience dealing this company. I will use them again.

We had an old German model, it had to get replaced or fixed but it was 18 years old. At first we just needed to get the door down, had a garage door company come over the day before, he was up front with us about needing at least 2 people to close the door, but they couldn’t fit us in. The next morning I was calling around, I’m glad precision could fit me in today, which I was greatful. Brandon also told me it was a 2 man job. Then Greg showed up with his person he was training Steven. In all they made my door safe and in good working condition. I want to say you have an awesome team, thank you precision!

I woke up to find a broken spring on my garage door with my car inside. I called a few companies and discovered that I would have to wait at least a week unless I paid an exorbitant fee. I then found Precision. They came quickly and gave me a choice of repair options without surcharges. Bottom line is that the door is now fixed and I do not feel cheated. The technicians were friendly and competent. I couldn't have expected more.

On August 8th, Alex came to the house and inspected our garage door, springs and opener. Sad to say our opener was done (after 22 years ????) and wouldn’t open the door at all. Alex said our springs were getting weak. We purchased the springs from Precision and said they have a lifetime warranty free replacement. Wow that was a savings we needed. After Alex gave us his expert advice, we got the Best of the Best LiftMaster opener. On August 9th, Brandon stopped by to install the springs, steel cables, opener and setup the system. I learned that day, he is a one man army. He was knowledgeable, he had an attitude of ‘Doing it right the first time”. He had difficulty with the old springs coming off the steel rod. He stayed focused and overcame the issue as a professional. He installed everything with attention to detail. Brandon has been doing this for 3 months, I was so impressed. Also Brandon & his wife are expecting a baby girl some time soon. We Love Precision, we Love Alex and Brandon. Thank You for a job well done! Bryan & June (Port Orange)

After our garage door failed and jammed in the late evening I called Precision who scheduled a technician to respond the following morning. Jeremy Santo Domingo arrived promptly that morning and soon thereafter had the door again functional. After his evaluation of the system we elected to have it overhauled (springs, chain, rollers, etc). Bernard Hartfield arrived later that afternoon and rebuilt it. Now it works perfectly and quietly. Their work was expedient and they both were highly professional. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Gard Door Service to anyone who needs service.

Excellent response and excellent workmanship. After calling three companies Precision was the only company that could make it to my house on the day my garage door would not open. I just happened to have that day off and needed to get the repair done on the day I called. My schedule would not allow me to have the repair done for at least five days. The quality of the parts that were replaced and the professional workmanship of the technicians along with a rapid response were outstanding.

Sunday is a day when you want to drive your car but the door will not open, the car is stuck in the garage and you at home. Monday you phone the local people from internet, and in the lunch time the voice "I am 40 minutes from your home". The estimate and the door repair technician, all happens in the next three hours, rain or shine the job is fine. The technician took care of everything. This is my comment, a new homeowner in an old home in Port Orange, Fl.

Absolutely the best service you will find. Tyler came out the same day I called and checked everything out. He gave me two estimates and scheduled the replacement for the next day. Allen did the install and was very efficient. Both men were polite and a pleasure to work with.
