Precision did a great job replacing the broken torsion springs on my opener. Also installed new rollers that made operation absolutely smooth and quite. This should help the lifetime of my opener since it does not need to apply as much force to open and close the door. The technicians were very efficient and their attention to detail was great. super frustrating experience. initial estimate seemed outrageously high at $600 to replace components since he said the motor was still working. one by one another item was discovered to be broken as he worked from 4-7pm and then when he tested the door it wouldn't open and said I now needed a new track and opener and quoted it to be $1400. I ended up saying no to the new motor and still having to pay 800 for the work he did. so now I have paid $800 and still have a garage door that doesn't work.
