have been away since the service -The service person was right on time , very friendly and knowldgeable . Precison should have a sticker for the door ( if they didn't put one on ) so their # would be handy for the owner and any neighbors interested in having work done . Had a complete door overhaul .( not on service performed selection list . )

Precision did a great job replacing the broken torsion springs on my opener. Also installed new rollers that made operation absolutely smooth and quite. This should help the lifetime of my opener since it does not need to apply as much force to open and close the door. The technicians were very efficient and their attention to detail was great. Garage door spring broke on Sun morning of a holiday weekend. Had an estimator here within an hour, and the repairman shortly afterwards. The quick response was terrific. Hated to put out the expense, but it was necessary, and I am confident this company will back up their work. I would highly recommend them to everybody.

super frustrating experience. initial estimate seemed outrageously high at $600 to replace components since he said the motor was still working. one by one another item was discovered to be broken as he worked from 4-7pm and then when he tested the door it wouldn't open and said I now needed a new track and opener and quoted it to be $1400. I ended up saying no to the new motor and still having to pay 800 for the work he did. so now I have paid $800 and still have a garage door that doesn't work.

After we spoke he felt so bad, he decided to personally buy your family a new garage door opener. This is not something that I would typically agree to but he felt it was his responsibility to make sure you were happy. My garage door motor went out at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. I called Precision and their man Mike was here at 4. He did a complete service and safety check on my large door and installed a new unit. He explained all my options relative to the motor and I chose a newer, more powerful motor. I called on Tuesday and they had repairman at my house at 830am on Wednesday. The repairman was William. He called to let me know he was on his way and what time He would arrive. He was a pleasure from the beginning. William found the problem. Worked up some quotes and installed a new garage door opener. Just that easy!!! I will use this company again and will highly recommend them.
