I am so happy with Joseph! He did a great job repairing the door for us! I hope we don't need anything soon, but when we do I'll be calling them back.

I love this place. I had a guy named SOPHEAK who did the work for me. He spent so much time explaining everything and gave me a really fair price. I really liked that he gave me different options from replacing things to repairing the whole thing. I had different choices to pick from. I never felt pushed to just get a whole new garage door. I knew I could’ve gone that route, but he was able to do some fixing without me having to buy a whole new garage door. I also am getting good warranties with the repairs he did. He explained the warrantees and just overall was such a nice guy. ( and very patient) I had a lot of phone meetings when he came and he respected my wish to just do texting for a period of time. He definitely went over and beyond. We had a bad experience with another place and because of that we went and took the risk to use someone else. I am so happy with the experience, I will be writing about this company on my next-door app that shares everything with the community. I will totally use them again if needed (hopefully not though lol) This guy deserves a raise!! Great job Sopheak

I can't thank this company enough for coming and helping us with our door. Victor was truly a amazing service technician that came to help us win our time of need. We were scammed from a previous company and he was very detailed and made everything understandable for us and our family. Weekend not recommend Victor enough because he did such a great professional install and business transaction to make it easier for everybody. Thanks Victor. Because of you we will definitely be using precision.

We needed to get a new garage door and Precision made it easy from start to finish. The presentation was great and we thought the price was fair. They showed up for the presentation and install on time. We were told four weeks for the door to come in and that was pretty accurate. We purchased the garage door, the opener and the remote on the outside. The door is so quiet and functions extremely smoothly. We have absolutely no regrets with our decision to go with Precision.

Installer Ian did a great job. He was meticulous. He did the work of 2 people. I say that because the last time I had my garage door replaced with different company it was a 2-person job with an experienced guy and a helper. Ian was fantastic. He also answered questions and had an easy-going personality. He was great representative for your company. I also want to mention Tyler, sales, who also was terrific and professional. Thanks guys.

You guys were wonderful start to finish. Lloyd T, was a fantastic “not a sales person” rep. Very down to earth. Ian C and Daniel T were our installers and they were amazing! And your communication is second to none. Five stars for everything!

Representatives were knowledgeable about their products, familiar with up to date building codes, were able to demonstrate differences in what we had vs what we wanted, patient with us and able to answer all our questions, made us aware of changes in products, did not “talk us into” anything - let us make our own decision, very courteous and professional throughout entire process.

I cannot thank Precision Garage Doors enough. You’ve taken the stress away from the moment of a very easy online scheduling a service call (same day no less) to having awesome technicians to come out, assess the problem and then repair/install. The techs were all personable and efficient. Thank you to Zachary, Rob, Bernard and, my apologies, but I cannot recall the name of the other tech. Thank you all so very much. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Bernard was very prompt, pleasant and professional. My garage door opener and related parts needed to be replaced, and the garage is unusually shaped, requiring a shorter than normal rail. He handled the special requirements well, and I am very pleased with the end result.

Everything was handled very professionally. The installers were friendly, answered all my questions and concerns, explained how to work all of the devices, what all the safety features were and how to use them properly to prevent injury or damage to the Garage Door System. We would recommend this company to anyone that needs to get a complete garage door system installed or have repairs done. Austin and Zach were the best!

Very nice door and very professionally installed. The team that gave me the initial estimate was helpful with options and what to expect on installation. The install team delivered exactly as described. Everyone was pleasant, on time, clean and efficient. My daughter also had a new door and opener installed with the same excellent results. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Ian and Matt were absolutely incredible.. during their installation of our garage door we had extremely bad rain but they worked through it and got our garage door installed.. My wife and I were very thankful for everything that they did and how thorough they were from explaining the steps by steps of the installation to asking us questions on preferences and were patient enough to explain all the features and the how to’s of our new garage door ( my wife was very happy and thankful about that as well). We will definitely recommend your company 1000% to anyone who needs a new garage door. Thank you precision and thank you Ian and Matt .
