I love this place. I had a guy named SOPHEAK who did the work for me. He spent so much time explaining everything and gave me a really fair price. I really liked that he gave me different options from replacing things to repairing the whole thing. I had different choices to pick from. I never felt pushed to just get a whole new garage door. I knew I could’ve gone that route, but he was able to do some fixing without me having to buy a whole new garage door. I also am getting good warranties with the repairs he did. He explained the warrantees and just overall was such a nice guy. ( and very patient) I had a lot of phone meetings when he came and he respected my wish to just do texting for a period of time. He definitely went over and beyond. We had a bad experience with another place and because of that we went and took the risk to use someone else. I am so happy with the experience, I will be writing about this company on my next-door app that shares everything with the community. I will totally use them again if needed (hopefully not though lol) This guy deserves a raise!! Great job Sopheak

We needed to get a new garage door and Precision made it easy from start to finish. The presentation was great and we thought the price was fair. They showed up for the presentation and install on time. We were told four weeks for the door to come in and that was pretty accurate. We purchased the garage door, the opener and the remote on the outside. The door is so quiet and functions extremely smoothly. We have absolutely no regrets with our decision to go with Precision.

Installer Ian did a great job. He was meticulous. He did the work of 2 people. I say that because the last time I had my garage door replaced with different company it was a 2-person job with an experienced guy and a helper. Ian was fantastic. He also answered questions and had an easy-going personality. He was great representative for your company. I also want to mention Tyler, sales, who also was terrific and professional. Thanks guys.

Bernard was very prompt, pleasant and professional. My garage door opener and related parts needed to be replaced, and the garage is unusually shaped, requiring a shorter than normal rail. He handled the special requirements well, and I am very pleased with the end result.

Ian and Matt were absolutely incredible.. during their installation of our garage door we had extremely bad rain but they worked through it and got our garage door installed.. My wife and I were very thankful for everything that they did and how thorough they were from explaining the steps by steps of the installation to asking us questions on preferences and were patient enough to explain all the features and the how to’s of our new garage door ( my wife was very happy and thankful about that as well).
