While dispach advised that svc would be between 5 & 8pm. Recieced a call from installer that he was available 3pm. He arrive and did the job in less than a hour. Insalled 2 springs, tested and tweeked whole system. Cost = $330. Very Satisfied. PHK

I was surprised to get an appointmnent late Friday but I did and Hector arrived promptly and did a great job. He was very professional and quickly changed the springs and calibrated the opener.

I called around when my garage door malfunctioned, and was turned off by what I heard. However, I liked the professionalism and friendliness with which my call was answered. Several companies said they were not in my area, and your people asked, "How would tomorrow morning be?". I liked that. Kalip showed up the next day and he diagnosed the problem right away and the price for service and labor was very fair. He, as well, was professional and friendly. Overall, a good experience!

The service performed was cable replacement and adjustment of safety eyes. Upon reviewing our receipt, we noticed the center bearing, strut/truss rod and panel condition all marked "fail." Hector did not mention these items to us at any time, and did not ask if we wanted them serviced or replaced. Hector did his work quickly and efficiently, but we are concerned with the prospect of more problems in the near future, requiring another service call. That aside, we were thankful for the online coupon for $30.00 off on the service call; we are both retired, and living on a fixed income.

My Tech was William, he was pleasant, professional, and very clean. Although we don't own our house, Precision was great with customer service and they honored the orignal estimate that was given by Charlie! They also called to let us know approx what time William would be at our home, and he arrived right about the time we were told. If we ever owned a home and needed any type of Garage Services, we would call Precision with a doubt!

Call back from Ormond Beach office about 2 years ago. Patti Canada handled all my calls and emails re new garage door installation with professional efficiency and concern. Delay in expected Aug. 10th delivery for Aug. 16 installation most disturbing as Aug. 31 an impossible date for me.Patti followed thru with Amarr manufacturing, and installation completed on Aug 30 by two very competent technicians(names slipped my memory)
