This is the secound time I have used them first time replace motor they did very good work show up on time price OK. This time needed the springs replaced and rollers they showed up before time did good work and last time he said that I should do the springs and rollers just the funds stop then now door sitting in good shape and will use them again if needed.

Van Babcock did a great job in repairing my garage door. It included a new opener, a new main spring, bearings. new rollers. Most everyting was replaced except the door itself. It works so quiet now. Van was a very pleasant worker, ice tol talk to. He was very thoroughin explaiing everything. Van made a repeat call to find out why my Car door remote wasn't working. Its a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and its seems like the car unit is defective.Nice Job Van!!

As I was leaving for work early in the morning my garage door had broke and become unuseable. I called Precision on my lunch break and set up an appointment for later that night. Hector, a technician, was waiting for me as soon as I arrived home. Hector was very professional, informative, and polite and of course skilled at what he does. Hector informed me of everything I needed and why as well as provided me with preventative maintenance knowledge for my garage door.
