Excellent Tech, very professional.

They did a good job, showed up on time considering only one technician was on site, he did a really good job with the work and explaining what needed to be done. He also gave different Options from most expensive to least expensive. It was still more expensive than what was expected, but still good job and he did work with us somewhat. Considering the safety factor and warranty and better opener I think it was worth it. The job was completed the same day. Also it was an extremely hot work environment.

It was easy to get an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service online. Roland came out the next day as promised. He evaluated my situation and provided me with options for fixing my garage door problems. He listened to me, spoke respectfully and wasn't pushing a lot of unnecessary options. The price was higher than I expected, but he secured a discount to help me out. He was able to fix all the problems at this service call, did a great job and educated me on all the parts, warranties, etc. I can definitely recommend Roland and Precision Garage Door Services for the quality work they do.

Easy to make an online appointment and the next day Anthony came out at the time requested and did an excellent job explaining the options and then installing the new garage door opener and then explaining how it works and making sure that we were comfortable with the new product and it’s function. 5 stars for Anthony and for Precision. Thank you!!

Evan, the service tech was very professional, provided all the various options to consider, did an inspection of the existing overhead door and garage opener to explain why the existing unit had worn down, and suggested the best garage door opener for my home. He was very transparent and produced a very clean and workable installation. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their garage door service.

Lauren Chaudhari

They were very prompt in coming to repair our garage door that they had installed several new pieces for a few years ago. One of the parts was under warranty and we had a couple other things to repair as well.

When it comes to fixing garage doors, I wouldn’t call anybody else! This is the second garage precision has fixed/ serviced for me. A little bit more on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for… right? They do a tremendous job, thorough and dependable. I also wanna call out their service. We chose this company because of the ease to make an appt, but the outcome surpassed any expectations. Cooper showed up on time and with great communication, assed the situation, & gave us a couple options. We ultimately chose to go with more than we needed because of the education surrounding our decision rather than force. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

cindy parrett

Chris called 30 minutes before arriving and listened diligently to my concerns regarding the garage opener I have had for almost 30 years. He took the motor apart and helped me understand why I was having issues with opening my garage wirelessly. Chris also took his time to inspect the garage, spring, shaft, and track. I was very impressed with how he knew what changes were done to the garage in the past. I also appreciate the time he took to help me learn the risks if I left the garage as it is. Chris went over the cost difference between repairing and replacing the garage opener. After taking in the information he provided I decided to replace the opener. Chris showed me the options I had and went over promotions that were available. After approving the quote for replacing the motor, shaft, and springs Chris completed the job in a timely manner. Before leaving, Chris went over the tasks he completed and made sure I did not have any questions about the opener or the other parts of the garage. I can’t help but feel Chris exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to family and friends.

I continue to be extremely pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. I thought I needed to make some security changes and that included the garage. I called Precision and they sent a fantastic technician, Cameron. When I made the appointment I anticipated spending a few hundred dollars. After telling Cameron my issue he came up with the perfect solution and the cost was $89.95. While working I found him to be friendly and very knowledgeable about his craft. Thanks Cameron and Precision Garage Door Service!!!
