After discovering we had a serious problem with our garage door opener we called Precision Garage Door Service who promptly assigned Christopher Schukay to our home. Christopher quickly found our opener was completely bad and offered a comprehensive quote for repairs to be made. We were highly impressed with his excellent, no pressure approach and outstanding communication skills that led our decisions to become very simple. Within two hours Christopher completed his work and we now have a much quieter and fully functioning door opener. Once again, we are impressed with Precision Garage Door and, especially, Christopher Schukay to be the Gold Standard of Garage Door repair.

My garage door was not opening all the way all the time. I called a different company and they replaced some damaged hinges. The door worked fine the next day. The day after, it wouldn’t open all the way so I called Precision door. They were able to schedule me the same day. The technician knew what was wrong right away. After demonstrating that it was the operator, I had a new unit installed. The door opens smoothly now and is so quiet compared to the old opener. The new unit has added safety features since the old unit was almost 13 years old.

Shady folks. Half way through the estimate, I had to ask them to leave. The technician put the manager on the line asking for "wink - wink" a better price, then muted the line and began whispering and telling me that he can even do a better price, then put the manager back on the line for another attempt to lower the price. The entire experience felt incredibly surreal. Almost as surreal as their impeccable 5-star rating. Something ain't right here. I ended up asking the technician to leave and called a smaller local company that did the same job for half the price and none of the "wink-wink" manager discount.

Roland did an excellent job. When our garage door spring broke on the July 4th holiday, we needed custom replacement springs due to the size of our door. Roland was able to put a regular spring in place and adjust the opening height of our door to accommodate it while the custom springs were ordered, getting us back into working order while we waited for the parts to come in. Roland also identified a bunch of problems with our garage door, including sloppy installation and missing by the original owner of our house. He added the missing parts and replaced everything required to make the door safe again and minimize stress on the new springs and bearings. The repair was not cheap due to the work required, but I feel we got our value for the money. Roland was super friendly and professional throughout the experience. I highly recommend this company - and make sure to ask for Roland!

Had one of the springs break on my 40 year old garage door last night. I looked on Google and found Precision Door Services who could get someone to my home within a few hours. Chris was very courteous and knowledgeable about what was needed. His inspection found more needed done than I thought. He explained everything clearly and let me choose what work to be done. He only needed a couple of hours to replace both springs, all rollers, the spring rod and adjust the door to close more completely than before. Excellent service at what I consider reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Chris and Precious Door Services.

Do not call this business. Very deceitful people using the tactics of an old-style used car dealership. First they hit you with an astronomical price, then they play the "Let me call the manager" game, then back and forth. Getting a simple garage door service though this company felt like buying a used Honda from a sleazy car dealer. Do not trust those 5-star reviews - they are either fake or I am the unluckiest person out there. Yikes!!! Stay away!!!!!
