When it comes to fixing garage doors, I wouldn’t call anybody else! This is the second garage precision has fixed/ serviced for me. A little bit more on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for… right? They do a tremendous job, thorough and dependable. I also wanna call out their service. I liked the notifications advance of arrival and post service. I highly recommend them and don’t mind at all, paying a little bit more for a superior service That has stood the test of time.

Chris called 30 minutes before arriving and listened diligently to my concerns regarding the garage opener I have had for almost 30 years. He took the motor apart and helped me understand why I was having issues with opening my garage wirelessly. Chris also took his time to inspect the garage, spring, shaft, and track. I was very impressed with how he knew what changes were done to the garage in the past. I also appreciate the time he took to help me learn the risks if I left the garage as it is. Chris went over the cost difference between repairing and replacing the garage opener. After taking in the information he provided I decided to replace the opener. Chris showed me the options I had and went over promotions that were available. After approving the quote for replacing the motor, shaft, and springs Chris completed the job in a timely manner. Before leaving, Chris went over the tasks he completed and made sure I did not have any questions about the opener or the other parts of the garage. I can’t help but feel Chris exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to family and friends.

The young man who came to our home arrived punctually with all the potential equipment we might need. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He understood the current concerns we were having and gave us a quote. Then he went on to explain what we could do in the future to "harden" our 40 year old garage doors. Apologies for lack of correct terminology, the screws holding the middle of the spring support bar that attached to my house came lose and the springs last all remain and cables went awry.
