The young man who came to our home arrived punctually with all the potential equipment we might need. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He understood the current concerns we were having and gave us a quote. Then he went on to explain what we could do in the future to "harden" our 40 year old garage doors. All that he said made a lot of sense. My husband and I discussed things and eventually decided to spring for an extra investment. I'm so glad we did!!! We never felt pressured. This was just a common sense decision. PERFECT!!!

Apologies for lack of correct terminology, the screws holding the middle of the spring support bar that attached to my house came lose and the springs last all remain and cables went awry. Evan showed up promptly at 10 and was very friendly and professional. He was able to fix the issue quickly and pointed out other issues and provided options to choose what is like done depending on importance. I appreciate the company's professionalism and ability to fix the issue quickly and correctly!

Bought a new house with an aftermarket garage door keypad. Carlos came out quickly, figured out the magic code. Discussing the condition of the lift, we decided to hold off for a little bit, but replace the seal at the bottom. He was very competent And polite. No high-pressure tactics at all ! Highly recommend

The technician (Kamar) that came to my house to fix my garage opener was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and had great work ethic. He knew what he was doing and had his tools systematically prepared for his work. He kept my garage clean after installing the garage opener.
