First I wanna say how professional and friendly your company employees are Jessica did amazing job getting an appointment for us today as I was worried we might have a major problem with our garage door. John Soto came right on time as scheduled with a half hour notification that he was on his way. When he got here he was courteous and got right to the problem. He did a thorough exam of the issue we were having. He recommended the routine maintenance that was due which included tightening and oiling of the garage door springs. He also did a thorough examination of the all hardware and tightened some bolts that had loosened. He really put my mind at ease with the after repair demonstration. We couldn't be more pleased and will recommend to all friends, family and neighbors. Will be sure to schedule all future routine maintenance. Thank you again!! Katherine and Don Moore

They did a good job, showed up on time considering only one technician was on site, he did a really good job with the work and explaining what needed to be done. He also gave different Options from most expensive to least expensive. It was still more expensive than what was expected, but still good job and he did work with us somewhat. Considering the safety factor and warranty and better opener I think it was worth it. The job was completed the same day. Also it was an extremely hot work environment.

It was easy to get an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service online. Roland came out the next day as promised. He evaluated my situation and provided me with options for fixing my garage door problems. He listened to me, spoke respectfully and wasn't pushing a lot of unnecessary options. The price was higher than I expected, but he secured a discount to help me out. He was able to fix all the problems at this service call, did a great job and educated me on all the parts, warranties, etc. I can definitely recommend Roland and Precision Garage Door Services for the quality work they do.

Evan, the service tech was very professional, provided all the various options to consider, did an inspection of the existing overhead door and garage opener to explain why the existing unit had worn down, and suggested the best garage door opener for my home. When it comes to fixing garage doors, I wouldn’t call anybody else! This is the second garage precision has fixed/ serviced for me. A little bit more on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for… right? They do a tremendous job, thorough and dependable. I also wanna call out their service. I liked the notifications advance of arrival and post service. I highly recommend them and don’t mind at all, paying a little bit more for a superior service That has stood the test of time.
