Booking the appointment was extremely convenient. I had a few questions and decided to book it over the phone. In less than 5 minutes I was able to schedule the appointment and have all 3 questions answered. The technician was at my house next day within the time window that was scheduled. Kemar Chambers was very professional, and patiently went over all the options available. He fixed one garage door, and inspected the other one. Installed a pad, programed the new remote controls and adjusted the sensors. He answered all my questions and had a smile on his face even when the rain started pouring down. Great experience!
