One of the springs broke on our double garage door. I found PDS online and used their chat function to schedule an appointment. It was very convenient. Van and his assistant showed up approximately 2 hours later and had the job completed in 40minutes. I'm very happy with my decision to use PDS. Great service and great guys.

5 stars. George and Jeremy were very professional and We are very well satisified with the service. provided. Everything was replaced with new precision equipment except the wooden door. Opener, springs and all hardware was replaced. I especially like the lifetime warranty and 1 year free service. I called the person who replaced the springs and some hardware about 8 years ago but the number was discontinued so apparently he went out of business. I was disappointed the spring broke after only 8 years but George said that was about average. I had a flyer from your company and chose to call you. I like the idea you are only around the corner from us. In any event at 85 and 77 I don't thing we will need anything done again anytime soon. At least I am happy with the service and you technicians. And this thing is so quiet I can't hear it operate. I definitely will spread the word and recommend your company to any one who needs this kind of service. Thanks again

we found precision door service thru home advisers.com. george was the technician who came to us. he was friendly and more importantly knew everything about our old opener system, how to maintain the doors and the fact that our old system was not strong enough to lift our insulated double door. we took his advice and upgraded to a more powerful system so that we may avoid problems in the future.

Definitely a five-star rating. First of all, when I called this morning to schedule an appointment the receptionist said that she could send someone out today!! Incredible! Second, the appointment was scheduled from four to six P.M. Imagine my surprise when Ross, the technician, called and said he was in the area and he could come over earlier than scheduled. Another plus for the company!! When he arrived ten minutes later, he was extremely courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, what the time frame would be, and gave us a fair estimate on the cost of the total job. Third, it also helped that I had a coupon from Valpak that made the estimate even lower. When I explained that we were having an open house this coming Sunday to sell our home, he said he would see what he could do to have the job finished before then. What a great experience with a great technician and an even better company. I am totally impressed. I am sure that the door will look incredible when the job is finished.

He installed a Precision opener, new rollers, springs, pulleys etc. What was a noisy chain drive opener is now whisper quiet! I am very satisfied.

Today, May18, 2015, Chris came and evaluated the damage to the opener we had. It is 20 years old and when it broke in a couple of places we decided to get a new one. I called this morning and was told that I would have a person out between 1pm and 4pm. Chris rolled up and started. I was very pleased to see that he did everything so easily, from opening the boxes, to getting everything mounted and working. He even set my opener that is on my mirror to the right code. He worked clean and neat. Got rid of all wastes and left us very happy people. Had a great sense of humor too, I might add. If I hear anyone that has a problem I will surely tell them to call you.
