Called Precision Garage Door at 10:30 am on a Sunday after a garage door spring snapped and within the hour they were at our front door. Chris Schukay was very professional and friendly. He went over what needed to be done to fix the issue and also explained what else he recommended to make sure our ten year old garage door system ran at its peak performance. He was very informative but not pushy just to make a sale. Our issue was fixed in a super timely manner and will be resolving some of the other issues in the future. Highly recommend Precision and Chris!

I'm sure this will get deleted, but... The crew who showed up was great. Called on their way, showed up on time, checked everything over thoroughly to find all the issues, communicated with us friendly and effectively, and as far as we can tell they did good work. However... I definitely regret not getting another quote first. Spent 3x what we had thought was a reasonable amount budgeted for a simple garage door repair and the practice of "already being in our home" is a high pressure sales tactic so I agreed to the repair. So now I'm going to have financial stress for the next few months at least. Not to mention that I thought I was calling a local company and they sent a crew from 70 miles away. So much for trying to support local business.

Joseph provided a complete evaluation of our garage door and explained the repair would be the replacement of the worn drive belt and rail. All the necessary parts were readily available in his vehicle and quickly replaced with the unit working perfectly. He also provided us with options to overhaul the door mechanisms in the future.
