after several other companies had given quotes, then began the up sales. we decided to call precision. they sent out George who obviously knew his job well. because of him we hired precision for the job.A t that time they sent out Ross and I believe his trainee Will. Both were ready to work when they arrived. Ross was extremely knowledgeable and passing that on to Will as they worked, not with the just do it attitude but the why we do it this way. I did not know what to expect. Ross looked over the situation and mention what is possibly wrong and gave options with cost. However, he had to check the bearings to inform me whether they were bad or good. I was impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he replaced the broken spring and bearings. My wife will be blessed when she arrives home and does not hear the garage door. I had Ross do door maintenance. Wow! All you hear now is the motor. Great work!!!
