Very happy, from time of call for service request to when service was performed was only a matter of hours. Service tech, Jeremy, was fast, efficient and friendly. Provided options for levels of service but no pressure to "upgrade".

Definitely a five-star rating. First of all, when I called this morning to schedule an appointment the receptionist said that she could send someone out today!! Incredible! Second, the appointment was scheduled from four to six P.M. Imagine my surprise when Ross, the technician, called and said he was in the area and he could come over earlier than scheduled. Another plus for the company!! When he arrived ten minutes later, he was extremely courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, what the time frame would be, and gave us a fair estimate on the cost of the total job. Third, it also helped that I had a coupon from Valpak that made the estimate even lower. When I explained that we were having an open house this coming Sunday to sell our home, he said he would see what he could do to have the job finished before then. What a great experience with a great technician and an even better company. I am totally impressed. I am sure that the door will look incredible when the job is finished.

Mr. Helwig was prompt and arrived at the appointed time. He opened with an offer to completely overhaul the rollers, wire, etc. I told him I only wanted him to replace the springs. He immediately got to the task. He didn't pursue the overhaul subject as some companies do and I was happy about that.
