Very satisfied customer. Chris W was fantastic to work with. He was on time, explained everything in detail, gave me options, and completed the job quicker than I thought it would take. He replaced a garage door motor as well as springs, rollers etc. new remotes, keypads, and a step by step demonstration of my new system helped me feel great about my purchase. The lifetime warranty on their products let's me know they stand behind their work and products. I would recommend them 100%.

He than did a safety inspection, and discussed that process with me. I asked for a rough estimate for some additional work, and he was glad to provide that information. Definitely a five-star rating. First of all, when I called this morning to schedule an appointment the receptionist said that she could send someone out today!! Incredible! Second, the appointment was scheduled from four to six P.M. Imagine my surprise when Ross, the technician, called and said he was in the area and he could come over earlier than scheduled. Another plus for the company!! When he arrived ten minutes later, he was extremely courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, what the time frame would be, and gave us a fair estimate on the cost of the total job. Third, it also helped that I had a coupon from Valpak that made the estimate even lower. When I explained that we were having an open house this coming Sunday to sell our home, he said he would see what he could do to have the job finished before then. What a great experience with a great technician and an even better company. I am totally impressed. I am sure that the door will look incredible when the job is finished.

Mr. Helwig was prompt and arrived at the appointed time. He opened with an offer to completely overhaul the rollers, wire, etc. I told him I only wanted him to replace the springs. He immediately got to the task. He didn't pursue the overhaul subject as some companies do and I was happy about that. From the time he started until he completed the job, he worked with diligence and demonstrated expertise. He answered my questions with courtesy and thoroughness. This young man inspires confidence and great desire to perform with excellence. It's a pleasure to interact with young men of his caliber.

Being able to contact a human voice in the early evening, the day I first had a problem, is wonderful.The young lady started me off with a good experience. My technician was on time and explained everything to me and gave me several options to choose from to fix my door problem. At no time was I pressured into anything that I felt was not needed to be done. I hope I do not have a further problem but will call Precision if I do. I like knowing the name of the person who is going to come to my home.
