My Tech was William, he was pleasant, professional, and very clean. Although we don't own our house, Precision was great with customer service and they honored the orignal estimate that was given by Charlie! They also called to let us know approx what time William would be at our home, and he arrived right about the time we were told. Delay in expected Aug. 10th delivery for Aug. 16 installation most disturbing as Aug. 31 an impossible date for me.Patti followed thru with Amarr manufacturing, and installation completed on Aug 30 by two very competent technicians(names slipped my memory)

Excellent Service! Very skilled as a technician, work performed in a timely manner, old door removed and area cleaned of all debris from installation, inspected door for operation and safety.
