Same day service was great at a time that fit my schedule. Had one broken spring. Springs and bearings were replaced. Service tech (Van) was very professional. Will definitely call for further service when needed. Will refer to friends and neighbors.

My wife and I were going out yesterday afternoon when the garage door CRASHED and almost hit my wife. I went online and did a "BING" search and found Precision, I called and said this was an emergency and they said Chris would be right out. Matt called and let us know that he was on his way. When he arrived he showed us what was wrong (broken spring and crushed the bottom of the door)and our options to fix it. He even lifted the old door so I could back out my wheelchair van. Matt is a super guy. He knows exactly what he's doing and did a great job removing the old door, installing the new door and made sure it operated good. He is a people person and we talked as he worked, we had a lot in common. 5 STARS for everything!

When I called several garage door repair companies, Precision was the only one to give a free estimate. When Jimmy came he was friendly yet very professional. We told him our problem. He inspected the entire door and was able to repair it the same day. He tightened the springs and replaced the rollers, sprayed rollers and hinges and the door is purring it is so happy. I was extremely pleased with the service I received! Price was competitive, and I called for service after 4 on a Monday, and the problem was fixed by 10:00 Tuesday morning, before the other two companies I had called and left messages with even called me back. I really appreciate that they send their technicians in uniforms with ID badges, and an email telling you who who can expect. My technician was quick, trustworthy and did an awesome job. I'll never call another company again.

I was totally satisfied with the technician. He had to address a problem he had never seen before.He worked out a way to get at and correct the problem. Under Service Performed. None of the categories fit. The center bracket that is attached to the garage wall the spring brackets are attached to came off the wall and was wedge between the door frame and top panel of garage door.

This is the secound time I have used them first time replace motor they did very good work show up on time price OK. This time needed the springs replaced and rollers they showed up before time did good work and last time he said that I should do the springs and rollers just the funds stop then now door sitting in good shape and will use them again if needed.

Hector the service man was on time. He adjusted the spring load. He explained that the spring adjustment might hold for a week, a few weeks or a few mo. or longer. While dispach advised that svc would be between 5 & 8pm. Recieced a call from installer that he was available 3pm. He arrive and did the job in less than a hour. Insalled 2 springs, tested and tweeked whole system. Cost = $330. Very Satisfied. PHK
