Were referred by friend who had a good experience with your organization. My 20 yr. old garage door lifter was acting up. Your tech reviewed all possible options and their costs. I was not pressured or requested to make an immediate decision. Work was done quickly, neatly and I am quite pleased at how well the new unit works and how quiet it is. Will clearly recommend your organization.

Very impressed. I called The service on a Saturday afternoon, was able to talk to a real person on the other end of the phone, and the repair man showed up two hours later to fix the garage door. In about 25 minutes, I have new springs and ball bearings!!! Very professional technician and quick service is hard to find on the weekends. Thank you!!!

Your service was prompt, your serviceman inspired confidence and installed a new seal on the bottom of the garage door. I am very satisfied with your company. Having the necessary product on the truck that didn't necessitate another service call was a plus.

George was very friendly and explained the problem with the garage door opener and clearly outlined what needs to be done. Since I am renting the house, I'll have to consult with the property management folks and the landlord about having the motor replaced. I am waiting for George to e-mail the details of his assessment this morning. A definite 5 star rating!

Tech on time and courteous. Fixed problem quickly. Will use company again. Part was expensive and should not have worn out. In first place. One sensor was bad requiring replacement of both sensors. Company rating: 5
