Very impressed. I called The service on a Saturday afternoon, was able to talk to a real person on the other end of the phone, and the repair man showed up two hours later to fix the garage door. Our garage door sensor was not working properly. We called and an appointment was made for the same day. We received a confirmation email and a call from the tech, Chris, called that he was on his way. Chris was knowledgeable, polite and very proficient. He did a neat job, fixed the problem and made sure we didn't have any issues. The whole experience was almost surreal-- it was handled extremely professionally. Great job!!!
