Scott, My wife and I are very pleased with the service your company has provided. We had some issues with our door and a new door which was installed. We still had issues with opener, but your technician Hector Rios found that the control panel had to be replaced. He did the work promptly and efficiently. Now with new door and opener everything works smoothly and quietly. Excellent service! We will recommend your company if anyone asks about garage door service. Thanks

Hector the service man was on time. He adjusted the spring load. He explained that the spring adjustment might hold for a week, a few weeks or a few mo. or longer. He also said that it probably would go out on me. However, at present time it is working fine. I greatly appreciated he expertise. I had company coming and I really needed it to work. He took care of the problem. thanks, James coombs

Do not remember his name. He was knowledgeable and polite and finished the job very promptly. Hopefully I will not need to, but I would use your company again. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service. Installed a new motor in my door opener and I would give him 5 stars.

My Tech was William, he was pleasant, professional, and very clean. Although we don't own our house, Precision was great with customer service and they honored the orignal estimate that was given by Charlie! They also called to let us know approx what time William would be at our home, and he arrived right about the time we were told. If we ever owned a home and needed any type of Garage Services, we would call Precision with a doubt!

Call back from Ormond Beach office about 2 years ago. Patti Canada handled all my calls and emails re new garage door installation with professional efficiency and concern. Delay in expected Aug. 10th delivery for Aug. 16 installation most disturbing as Aug. 31 an impossible date for me.Patti followed thru with Amarr manufacturing, and installation completed on Aug 30 by two very competent technicians(names slipped my memory)

Your advertisement in the Flagler County Yellow Pages showcased you as a Professional Well Managed Organization. Identifying your technicians made us very confident that you cared about your customers and their needs. Matt Simpson was the technician who was prompt, courteous and very experienced in his profession. The work was accomplished quickly and neatly with our complete satisfaction. We would definately recommend your company to any of our friends and neighbors for garage door installations or repair. Thank you very much! Gene & Lynn

Excellent service, from your prompt answering of your phones and scheduling service appointment to your website with photos of technicians. Your technician, Hector, was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about my door/roller problems. He repaired the door trolley and gave me an estimate of needed repairs. I plan to contact you for these repairs in January. Iam very pleased with your company. Thank you.

technician was very capable. the work performed was totally satisfactory. we live in Palm Coast and I selected you due to your ad in Yellow pages that I felt made it seem you are a full service company who could handle anything Perhaps you could list more towns or have any other..., None of the listed towns are close to Palm coast..
