I called to have a broken spring replaced and I am very satisfied with the work. My door is working great and sounds much better than before. The technicians were extremely friendly, on time, and did an excellent job. They used high quality parts that are also low maintenance. They even gave me a great discount on one of the parts. Couldn't be more satisfied with the work.

Andrew is a credit to your organization. He arrived on time & was able to spot our problem. He then corrected our door sensor & checked for any other issues that we may have had. Andrew H. then spent time to explain how our system works. He was very polite & concerned that we understand this. We are senior citizens & were able to learn. Our experience with Andrew H. was very positive. We are definitely going to recommend Precision Door to our fellow home owners in our community. I definitely rate Andrew a 5+ Saul Geringer

I have tried for years to keep the garage door from jumping the tracks - my repair skills were minimal - it would jump off the tracks every 3-6 months. My wife said to call "the man" and I did. It even sounds better!!!!!

Garage door repair. Technician's were very knowledgeable and courteous. A complete diagnostic was given as to repairs needed and pricing. Although I was not able to do all the repairs at that time, it was good to know what was needed in addition to the issued that I originally called about. I would absolutely call on Precision in the future for repairs or garage door replacement.

Fast and professional service and repairs The chat feature was really helpful, allowed me to schedule service on Sunday for a Monday repair. The company sends a notice with the picture and bio of the technician that will be performing the job. A nice touch. Quality parts.

One of the springs broke on our double garage door. I found PDS online and used their chat function to schedule an appointment. It was very convenient. Van and his assistant showed up approximately 2 hours later and had the job completed in 40minutes. I'm very happy with my decision to use PDS. Great service and great guys.

Technician responded as scheduled for a repair of my old opener on the same day I called. Circuit board was shot in the old opener so I purchased a new belt drive opener. Technician was very efficient and friendly. Cost of the new opener was a little pricey, but has a life time warrantee. Would recommend this company to anyone because of their quick response as well as their skills.
