One of the springs broke on our double garage door. I found PDS online and used their chat function to schedule an appointment. It was very convenient. Technician responded as scheduled for a repair of my old opener on the same day I called. Circuit board was shot in the old opener so I purchased a new belt drive opener. Technician was very efficient and friendly. Cost of the new opener was a little pricey, but has a life time warrantee. Would recommend this company to anyone because of their quick response as well as their skills.
