The Tech. Nick was on time, pleasant and very instructional. He explained what routine service was needed and how to 'do it yourself' for minor problems and how to prevent them. Great service, technicians showed up on time and took care of my door problem, (broken spring). They made all the necessary repairs in a timely manner. Both of them were very professional and knowledgeable.

Chris replaced the broken spring with a new spring of the same size and replaced the center bearing and bracket. After doing a "lift test" he realized the broken spring was undersized. He removed the new spring he had just installed and replaced it with a spring 2 sizes larger. It passed the "lift test". Many technicians would have left the undersized spring and the customer wouldn't have known the difference. GREAT JOB! Thanks Chris

Garge door was not opening and closing properly. Called and had someone out that afternoon. What great service. Tech that came to the house was very honest and straight forward on what needed to be done. Everything was explained up front cost wise and was very surprised that upon completion on the job it was the same cost as discussed but actually slightly less due to not having to put in as much work. It is nice to deal with someone who is honest on the cost of a job and not out to just take your money.

I decided to call Precision Garage Door to replace a broken torsion spring based on the add in the yellow pages of the phone book. I am so pleased to report that from beginning to end it was an excellent experience. When my call was quickly answered, I explained my problem and was asked when I wanted to set up the appointment. I replied as soon as possible. Nick, the technician arrived the following morning on time. Once he assessed the problem, checked how the entire system was functioning, then he gave me an evaluation of the entire system. He had found some other problems, but there was no hard sell and we quickly agreed to what work would be performed. He then gave me an estimate which pleased me and set off to work. Everything was done in a little more than an hour in the most professional and courteous manner. I definitely recommend Precision if anyone needs garage door services.

There is never a good time to have a spring break. 6pm light rain falling. Frustrating. Checked the internet and found Precision. Tech was there in about an hour. Very professional and polite. We agreed on a price and the job was completed without any surprises. Total job was done within 3 hours of the big loud noise when the spring broke. I can't tell you how happy I am with the tech. He told me what he was going to do, did it and cleaned up after himself. Unless my new springs break tonight, I telling everyone how happy I am. Just for the record I'm a picky guy and am hard to please.

5 stars. George and Jeremy were very professional and We are very well satisified with the service. provided. Everything was replaced with new precision equipment except the wooden door. Opener, springs and all hardware was replaced. I especially like the lifetime warranty and 1 year free service. I called the person who replaced the springs and some hardware about 8 years ago but the number was discontinued so apparently he went out of business. I was disappointed the spring broke after only 8 years but George said that was about average. I had a flyer from your company and chose to call you. I like the idea you are only around the corner from us. In any event at 85 and 77 I don't thing we will need anything done again anytime soon. At least I am happy with the service and you technicians. And this thing is so quiet I can't hear it operate. I definitely will spread the word and recommend your company to any one who needs this kind of service. Thanks again

Just had our garage door repaired by Chris W, Chris is an excellent representative of this company. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He alerted us to some problems we didn't see and advised us as to what needed to be done to correct them. We were offered 3 options which he explained thoroughly and he let make the choice we were comfortable with. Outstanding job by Chris and the whole Precision Door Team. Previous contractor had damaged the door and we could not even get the car out of it. Chris showed up on time, found and fixed the problem quickly and I'm serious when I say the door has NEVER worked this well or this quiet. Great Job!
