Ian and Matt were absolutely incredible.. during their installation of our garage door we had extremely bad rain but they worked through it and got our garage door installed.. My wife and I were very thankful for everything that they did and how thorough they were from explaining the steps by steps of the installation to asking us questions on preferences and were patient enough to explain all the features and the how to’s of our new garage door ( my wife was very happy and thankful about that as well). Precision Over Head Door is a very professional company. I called due to my garage door failing. They came to my home in about an hour, inspected my door, informed me of the problems and gave me a fair quote for the repair. The repair teem came shortly and preformed all the work. Within about 2.5 to 3 Hrs of finding my garage door would not operate, it was operating smoothly. A very good experience. I highly recommend this company.

I received a phone call and text when the technician was on his way to my house. He was very courteous and he walked me through everything that was occurring and what he needed to do to fix it. We had an old German model, it had to get replaced or fixed but it was 18 years old. At first we just needed to get the door down, had a garage door company come over the day before, he was up front with us about needing at least 2 people to close the door, but they couldn’t fit us in. The next morning I was calling around, I’m glad precision could fit me in today, which I was greatful. Brandon also told me it was a 2 man job. Then Greg showed up with his person he was training Steven. In all they made my door safe and in good working condition. I want to say you have an awesome team, thank you precision!
