Spring on one side of garage door came off. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday and had service person Chris here Tuesday. He worked on repairing one way but not good enough for him. He ended up changing the way door worked. Two other techs Cameron and Cisco stopped by to help with finishing touches. Now it's easy open, safe to open and I am very happy. Hats off to the 3 C's. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service for anyone wanting job done right.

The technician, Maurice, showed up on time and introduced himself. He assessed the problem and suggested what areas needed to be replaced in order of priority. He also told me what was still in good condition and didn’t need to replaced at this time. He showed prices and options before starting the work that I authorized. He was polite and professional.

Our garage door wouldn’t open.Turns out it was in issue with the cables which were still under warranty.I called late in the afternoon & they set up an appt for the next morning.Two service techs (Chris & John) arrived at 10:30, diagnosed the problem and had it fully repaired and functioning within an hour.Both Chris and John were friendly and professional.I would say they’re both excellent representatives for Precision Door. Chris kept me informed throughout the process which I appreciated.From my initial call to the office to the prompt response from the service techs to their competent and professional work, I would give my overall experience a 5+++.Unfortunately, most companies today do not emphasize and provide great or even good customer service.Precision Door is clearly the exception.

They explained what was wrong & what needed replacing. They gave me a full written estimate. They answered all of my questions. I wish I could remember our service technicians name (I know he was Puerto Rican because we talked about my gandules bush that survived the freeze we had over the winter). Super pleasant and professional. Upgraded the chain to a belt and you can't even hear the garage door (super smooth) that we originally had installed in 2018. Better than new. Would 1000% recommend.
