We reached out to Precision Garage after another company failed to stand behind their product that they had installed poorly. Precision was incredible to work with. Communication was top notch, providing an expected time frame and updates along the way. Christopher was a professional - able to clearly articulate both the problem and solution. We discussed pricing with his manager Felix, coming to a fair price that we all felt good about. Chris started right away, worked quickly, but without rushing through the work. He was polite, knowledgeable and earned my trust immediately. After the work was complete, he walked us through the changes and confirmed that the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. We really couldn’t ask for a better experience and recommend this company for any garage door needs.
Cheri, it means a lot to know our team could provide the experience you described. Salem and Victor provided outstanding service in diagnosing and replacing my garage door opener and counter balance components. Salem explained the options available and what components were recommended for replacement due to wear and tear. I could not have asked for better customer service or a finer end result in a smoothly operating garage door that was better than it was when I purchased the home 13 years ago.
We appreciate you sharing such detailed feedback, Kevin. Christopher was absolutely amazing! He is a very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful young man who went above and beyond to assist us. We had a builder-installed LiftMaster garage door opener, and rather than just giving us a quick answer, he took the extra time to research our issue and contact LiftMaster to explore what options were available to us. It's refreshing to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about helping customers find the best solution. Christopher's patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Excellent customer service from start to finish! He's a great asset to the company, and we truly appreciate his help!

Good job but parts look to be overpriced for better quality torsion springs that have a green coat on them. I purchased 2 of them and they installed it for me.
