The service was very impressive - prompt, reasonably priced. The technicians cleaned up the garage when they were done, even wiped fingerprints off the front of the garage door. We dealt with 5 different people - the two gentlemen who provided us with a quote, and the 3 gentlemen who installed the new springs, rollers, etc. They were all professional and courteous. And did everything in just one day. I would recommend Precision to anyone. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

Everything was handled very professionally. The installers were friendly, answered all my questions and concerns, explained how to work all of the devices, what all the safety features were and how to use them properly to prevent injury or damage to the Garage Door System. We would recommend this company to anyone that needs to get a complete garage door system installed or have repairs done. Austin and Zach were the best!

Alex explained everything well, was friendly and professional. We are getting new garage door installed. The only thing that wasn't mentioned was possibility of any discounts, military (my husband is a veteran) or senior citizen?? I noticed just now on website, but overall we are very pleased with service so far.

Joe and Rob were very professional and gave me an estimate for the work needed for my garage door. They were very informative and knowledgeable about the work needed. They sent out the rest of the team to complete everything. Zack and Morris did a wonderful job and were through in their explanation of the entire work that was done.
