Called precision doors as the comments on remarks and 5 star rating. Greg showed up at my door less than 30 minutes later and did an inspection of my situation. Very thorough and polite. Older door needed a surgeon and an appointment was made for later in the day with a technician to do the work. I await the door doctor and anticipate a good job. thanks for such quick response...

I had Broken Door springs done, a few years ago, was so HAPPY, to find out they were under warranty, no questions asked the Tech was very polite, explained every thing, so I understood, I found out my door was not up to code, now it is. I selected Precision as they were they original installers of the door in our new, to us, house. When the door began to 'act up' I called them late in the afternoon and had a technician at my door the next morning. Very professional gentlemen (Alex) who recommended a complete rebuild. Not cheap. I went for it because these are expensive hurricane doors and I don't ever want to worry about them. The service men arrived only a few hours later. Another two professional gentlemen, Maurice and Brett. They did the entire job in less than two hours. This is a very professional outfit, top to bottom, and you get what you pay for. There may be cheaper out there, but are they this good? IMHO.
