We have been a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door in Ormond Beach since 2012 and have been 100% satisfied from making the appointment to Technician’s prompt arrival to diagnosis and repair. As time goes by new employees arrive with the same level of Professionalism and skill as their predecessors. Joseph provided a complete evaluation of our garage door and explained the repair would be the replacement of the worn drive belt and rail. All the necessary parts were readily available in his vehicle and quickly replaced with the unit working perfectly. He also provided us with options to overhaul the door mechanisms in the future. Joseph definitely displayed a Pride and Professionalism in his work and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Thank you to all!
