Hated to put out the expense, but it was necessary, and I am confident this company will back up their work. I would highly recommend them to everybody.

super frustrating experience. initial estimate seemed outrageously high at $600 to replace components since he said the motor was still working. one by one another item was discovered to be broken as he worked from 4-7pm and then when he tested the door it wouldn't open and said I now needed a new track and opener and quoted it to be $1400. I ended up saying no to the new motor and still having to pay 800 for the work he did. so now I have paid $800 and still have a garage door that doesn't work.

After we spoke he felt so bad, he decided to personally buy your family a new garage door opener. This is not something that I would typically agree to but he felt it was his responsibility to make sure you were happy. Alex was a great down to earth kinda guy, very polite and knowledgeable. The original price quoted was very high and he worked with his boss to help lower it so my garage door could be fixed; the right way this time. A previous company had repaired it before. everything was great. I only have one concern. the tech stated that the present springs were undersized and overwound. They are the same springs that were installed approx. 4 yrs. ago by Precision. Please investigate this if possible.

Great Experience!!! I chose Precision based on TV and newspaper/insert ads and am glad I did. My garage door would not close with or without the power door opener. The garage door was in the half open-half closed position and would not move in either direction. This happened on Halloween afternoon 2017. When I called for an appointment, I spoke with Chris who said he would get a tech out me on the following day. When I explained I could not get my car out and leaving the garage door open all night exposed my home to vandalism, especially on Halloween, he asked me to hold to see if he could get a tech out that day. After a few moments, Chris returned and advised he could have a tech, named Alex out this evening in about an hour. This was about 5:00 p.m. Alex showed up 40 minutes later, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to do so. He completed a thorough safety inspection and assessment of the problem, and advised me of courses of action. We agreed on what was to be done and he proceeded to correct the problem. I looked over his shoulder periodically and if I had questions as to what and/or why he was doing something, he explained it to my while he kept working. He was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and patient (with me). He spent about two hours fixing the problem and the garage door works like new. Cost of the repair was reasonable. Thanx to everyone at Precision and kudos to Chris to Alex.
