Excellent service, I called in the morning to get a broken spring fixed and they arrived right on time that day. The service technician was very courteous, and changed the springs and worn out bearings and rollers. The bearings and rollers were changed only after the technician showed me the problems with the parts. Five Star service.

My old system was about 8-10 yrs old and finally stopped working completely, to pull the door up manually was very difficult at best, after Jeff the service rep explained all my options I decide to replace most all the door which comes with a lifetime warranty, now if I ever had to manually open it I can easily do so with one hand, it operates like it was brand new, and the rep was very professional and knowledgeable.

Called for service early afternoon and tech was here by 2pm! Quickly discussed options related to 1988 door opener issues. He installed new unit, and went through all the features, cleaned up and was out by 4pm. Tech was very friendly, did high quality of work and was knowledgeable about the various products offered by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Also answered various questions regarding the difference between wind rated garage doors and the existing door. He also advised that we should consider changing out the springs as the current ones we barely pulling the door up; as noticed when I had released the door in order to get my wife's car out of the garage. Overall very pleased.
