Had 40year old fiberglass garage doors ( 1 single, 1 double) that were well beyond their life span. Called around for repair service and Precision not only had a live person answer the phone but had someone out that afternoon. Ended up replacing both doors. Very professional both in personnel and work. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. 5 Stars!

have been away since the service -The service person was right on time , very friendly and knowldgeable . Precison should have a sticker for the door ( if they didn't put one on ) so their # would be handy for the owner and any neighbors interested in having work done . Had a complete door overhaul .( not on service performed selection list . )

Precision did a great job replacing the broken torsion springs on my opener. Also installed new rollers that made operation absolutely smooth and quite. This should help the lifetime of my opener since it does not need to apply as much force to open and close the door. The technicians were very efficient and their attention to detail was great. Could not be more pleased! I recommended

My garage door motor went out at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. I called Precision and their man Mike was here at 4. He did a complete service and safety check on my large door and installed a new unit. He explained all my options relative to the motor and I chose a newer, more powerful motor. The door and motor work great and quiet. Thanks Mike and Precision. I recommend you to anyone!!!!

I called on Tuesday and they had repairman at my house at 830am on Wednesday. The repairman was William. He called to let me know he was on his way and what time He would arrive. He was a pleasure from the beginning. William found the problem. Worked up some quotes and installed a new garage door opener. Just that easy!!! I will use this company again and will highly recommend them.

Greg Girard was the technician. He was very pleasant, professional and explained the reasons that I was having problems in terms that I could understand. Although I hated to hear that I needed a major replacement, Greg provided me several options to choose from. I chose replacing the garage door opener and all replacement parts on the garage door to make sure it operated now and in the future safely and efficiently. Greg did an excellent job on the repairs and installation, explained everything to my satisfaction before he left and left the garage clean. I have used other companies in the past for service and they never performed such a thorough safety checklist that had deficiency explanations clearly defined. I would recommend this company to all my neighbors and friends and would highly recommend Greg as the technician.
