He was polite & informative & was able to close our damaged door so our home was secure over the weekend. Our new door was installed early the next week. As I was leaving for work early in the morning my garage door had broke and become unuseable. I called Precision on my lunch break and set up an appointment for later that night. Hector, a technician, was waiting for me as soon as I arrived home. Hector was very professional, informative, and polite and of course skilled at what he does. I was surprised to get an appointmnent late Friday but I did and Hector arrived promptly and did a great job. He was very professional and quickly changed the springs and calibrated the opener.

The service performed was cable replacement and adjustment of safety eyes. Upon reviewing our receipt, we noticed the center bearing, strut/truss rod and panel condition all marked "fail." Hector did not mention these items to us at any time, and did not ask if we wanted them serviced or replaced. Hector did his work quickly and efficiently, but we are concerned with the prospect of more problems in the near future, requiring another service call. That aside, we were thankful for the online coupon for $30.00 off on the service call; we are both retired, and living on a fixed income.

Matt was knowledgeable of your product and the problem with my old door. He presented very clearly the options. I had another company out to evaluate my doors the day before and found Matt's confidence and knowledge reassuring. I appreciated his approach to the sale as the other company was to the point of badgering me to buy their door. The installation was well done and explained. The only criticism I will leave would be that the appointment time was delayed by 2 hours without any call to notify me of that delay. I can clearly understand delays but when that happens the customer should be contacted. Other than that I would recommend your services as well as Matt to friends. He represented your company very well. His personality, skill and mannerisms out weighed the little communication issue.
