We chose Precision because we needed a serviceperson that offered same-day service. The garage door came off the pulley and springs also needed adjustment. Compared to the price upon our initial phone call explaining the problem, and price after service completed, with no new parts required, the price was more than double. The serviceperson appeared very experienced and very professional.

As I was leaving for work early in the morning my garage door had broke and become unuseable. I called Precision on my lunch break and set up an appointment for later that night. Hector, a technician, was waiting for me as soon as I arrived home. Hector was very professional, informative, and polite and of course skilled at what he does. I was surprised to get an appointmnent late Friday but I did and Hector arrived promptly and did a great job. He was very professional and quickly changed the springs and calibrated the opener.

The service performed was cable replacement and adjustment of safety eyes. Upon reviewing our receipt, we noticed the center bearing, strut/truss rod and panel condition all marked "fail." Hector did not mention these items to us at any time, and did not ask if we wanted them serviced or replaced. Hector did his work quickly and efficiently, but we are concerned with the prospect of more problems in the near future, requiring another service call. That aside, we were thankful for the online coupon for $30.00 off on the service call; we are both retired, and living on a fixed income.
