Greg showed up to our house around 4:30, and first did a complete inspection, then shared the results with me and discussed several option to proceed which I really appreciated. He installed the new motor, and did a few other updates and was done around 6:30. Overall great service, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone in the future.

My technician was Mike. He was prompt and very respectful. Although I didn't know I needed a new garage opener motor, he fully explained why. I had options and I thanked him for not "bullying" me into buying options I cannot afford right now, although I could understand the need to explain what those options were. He was a jewel, professional and did the work on the same visit. They came out the same day I called too. Altogether a good experience. I would recommend.

Couldn't open or close my garage door after continuous electrical outages in my area. Called Precision because they had installed the door 2 years ago. Called for an appointment and one was scheduled the same day. Tech was great: knowledgeable, personable, fast and patient. Door is now working properly. We found Precision Door on the internet searching for "Master Lift Garage Door Remote". Alex arrived on schedule. He was polite and professional. He inspected our doors and advise that the brand, Windsor, are no longer supplied in central Florida, but did say depending on the problem and lead time, that Precision could address some of the future problems, i.e. springs, cables, and rollers. He gave us a card for future reference. We will definitely call Precision Door when we have a need in the future.

Precision Door is extremely responsive, punctual and polite. We had a few minor post-installation glitches (which I think is probably normal) which were addressed very promptly. So far, so good!

We had picked a wood look Hurricane door as we live near the beach. Precision gave us an estimate and based on our choices it would take several weeks for install. Ok, no big hurry. Unfortunately, install day came and the door size was ordered. Back to the drawing board. Chris apologized and reordered another door. Install came and door was installed and looked beautiful! Inspection from the County failed due to something in the schematic that came from the manufacturer. Hiccup. Chris came back out went back to manufacturer and apparently we had the pickiest Buolding Inspector in the Nation, good for us, I guess? Several weeks later Precision gave us additional info for the permit, Inspector signed off and we were finally DONE!Chris was understanding and Revision didn’t charge us until completed and inspection passed. Thank you for getting us a beautiful wood look door. We have had strangers compliment us on the door. A long road but a great door to have. Garage is cooler and quieter plus super secure with hurricane protection.
