I noticed just now on website, but overall we are very pleased with service so far.

Greg showed up to our house around 4:30, and first did a complete inspection, then shared the results with me and discussed several option to proceed which I really appreciated. He installed the new motor, and did a few other updates and was done around 6:30. Overall great service, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone in the future.

My technician was Mike. He was prompt and very respectful. Although I didn't know I needed a new garage opener motor, he fully explained why. I had options and I thanked him for not "bullying" me into buying options I cannot afford right now, although I could understand the need to explain what those options were. He was a jewel, professional and did the work on the same visit. They came out the same day I called too. Altogether a good experience. I would recommend.
Thanks for the great review Robin! Our team at precision door is happy to hear about your great experience with our company, and we look forward to working with you again!

Couldn't open or close my garage door after continuous electrical outages in my area. Called Precision because they had installed the door 2 years ago. Called for an appointment and one was scheduled the same day. Tech was great: knowledgeable, personable, fast and patient. Door is now working properly. Excellent service - highly recommended - thank you.

We found Precision Door on the internet searching for "Master Lift Garage Door Remote". Alex arrived on schedule. He was polite and professional. He inspected our doors and advise that the brand, Windsor, are no longer supplied in central Florida, but did say depending on the problem and lead time, that Precision could address some of the future problems, i.e. springs, cables, and rollers. He gave us a card for future reference. We will definitely call Precision Door when we have a need in the future.

Professional sales person, offered me on option that I had not thought of, nor had another company that gave me an estimate. Hard-working, professional installer. Stayed with it until it met his satisfaction and standards (which I think were actually higher than mine). I would easily recommend this company to others.
So happy to hear that Gary was able to help you with the process. He is a great representation of what Precision Door Service likes to do every day for every customer.

Didn't want to repair the door, wanted to replace everything !! Sorry
Thank you for your response. We understand sometimes the safest option is not always the cheapest option. When we were at your home we noticed your top panel was severely damaged. The main center support ripped off the door and it cannot be repaired. The only option we had was to provide you with a free door estimate. We emailed you copies of the inspection with pictures of the damages for your review. Thank you again for the opportunity to work on your home. When you are ready to replace the door I hope you will give us a call.

Precision Door is extremely responsive, punctual and polite. We had a few minor post-installation glitches (which I think is probably normal) which were addressed very promptly. So far, so good!
