Excellent response and excellent workmanship. After calling three companies Precision was the only company that could make it to my house on the day my garage door would not open. I just happened to have that day off and needed to get the repair done on the day I called. My schedule would not allow me to have the repair done for at least five days. The quality of the parts that were replaced and the professional workmanship of the technicians along with a rapid response were outstanding.

Sunday is a day when you want to drive your car but the door will not open, the car is stuck in the garage and you at home. Monday you phone the local people from internet, and in the lunch time the voice "I am 40 minutes from your home". The estimate and the door repair technician, all happens in the next three hours, rain or shine the job is fine. The technician took care of everything. We are very pleased with our experiences with Precision Door. They installed our garage door in 2015 and preformed warranty replacement of the springs, cable and gasket on May 27, 2022. We also had our opener replaced with a Liftgate 8155W which is working perfectly so far. Our technician Vic did a great job Installing and programing the opener and helped program all of our devices. He did a great job. Also a shout out to Cooper who made the initial visit to access what needed to be done. They both came when scheduled and called when they were on their way to us. I previously used Precision Door Service for a new garage door opener install in 2013. I’m glad to know they still had all my records when they done the installation and didn’t have to re-provide the information. With so many companies switching systems, this eased one level of frustration. I ended up needing a new spring and tune up. The 1st technician clearly provided what was needed. And a 2nd technician showed up to perform the installation. Price ended up meeting the quoted price and I was back up and running. As a bonus, the garage door opening/closing process was quieter. Additional positives is they provide before and after photos. Also, all information with the photos, warranty, and receipt were sent to me. Only thing I would ask for in the future is for Precision to consider adding in Apple Pay/cardless payments. They appear to be well adapted for the technology age and this would have been perfect. However, since this main goal is to get a repair, this is just a minor ask.

We were so impressed with their dogged determination to find the culprit. Brittany was here today and Maurice was here yesterday.
