Unbelievably fast and complete service. Started with technician coming at 3 pm followed by a call technician available by 11 am. Showed on time, had all parts available, and taught every important aspect about how to operate the new garage door opener. That's what I call 100% customer care and integrity. Service personnel showed up on time ( actually a little early) finished the work on time and within estimate of time and money. They repaired and replaced certain hardware parts with new parts, and checked out the operation of the door. Things worked well, were done on time and they covered all the details. The service man was on time, courteous and efficient. Could not ask for a better experience, and the door works well.

Although I wasn't expecting to buy a new belt drive garage door opener installed (only called to have existing key pad fixed or replaced), I am extremely happy with the results. Every time I open or close the garage door, I'm amazed at how much more quieter it is. I also love the fact the I am able to lock the door so no one from the outside can open it. The technician was great!

After my old door was damaged last year, I called Precision Door to see if it could be repaired. They came that day, checked it out, made temporary repairs and gave me an estimate on a much needed new door. The new door was installed in less than a day. It was so quiet you could not tell if it was working. Called again to have it checked and adjusted. Again prompt, on time and courteous. Highly recommend them!

Andrew was just here and did an awesome job! I called the company after an internet search as I was attracted to the positive reviews. I knew the torsion spring was broken already. The company is very professional and sent me an email confirmation prior to the appt. Technician also called 30 min. prior to arriving which I really appreciated. Arrived on time, did a thorough check of the door and the hardware gave me 3 options of repair/upgrade of equipment and deferred maintenance. Andrew explained everything to me and what would be done depending upon the services/repairs. I chose what was most economical for me at the time and I am super happy. Although I was not able to do all the repairs at that time, it was good to know what was needed in addition to the issued that I originally called about.
