The agent you sent me was very professional and the installers were also. I gave a bid from another company to the agent and he said he would have someone from the office call me. I spoke with (maybe) Hanna? and she said your company would match the 3 openers and the insulated door. They brought the openers, but when I knocked on the door I realized it wasn't insulated. I told them I was promised that your company would match the other offer; not in price because their price was $175 less than yours, but in product (including the insulated door)I didn't like the way the other companies agent spoke of their competitors. I will be satisfied once you install the insulation as promised. I paid you immediately and I think you will follow through with the insulation because your employees seem ethical and therefore I can assume that the entire company is. Again, I would really like to commend the people you have working for you and the door appears to be installed nicely.

Yes... you have a 5 star review from me! This is the second year we have had you take care of our overhead garage door. The first time (2014) I opened the "Val-Pak" and saw a coupon for service. Eugene Van Babcock was sent to my house and I was very impressed with his knowledge, and his respect for caring for my garage possessions. When I got another "Val-Pak" coupon recently, it rang a bell that I needed a second yearly tune up. I called and asked for an appointment and requested Mr. Babcock. Mr. Babcock was on time today, installed a much needed new key pad. He worked on installing and programming the new key pad and showed me "how to"operate the new pad. He programmed, inside car remote, Overhead Garage door opener, and hand held remote. The coupon was generous and appreciated. Will call again when needed and also recommend you to friends, family and neighbors.

The torsion springs on my garage door broke yesterday evening. Friday night, of course. I called Precision today after finding out they provide service 24/7 without extra charge on weekends. Chris W. from Precision was at my door within an hour and a half of my phone call. He reviewed my repair options with me and once the decision was made, he had the door repaired in about an hour. He knows garage doors and repairs inside out. I am very pleased with the service, the service time and how smoothly and quietly my double garage door operates now. Recommend this company highly. Based on some research I did before calling Precision, I am satisfied that the price I paid was very fair.

Ross was the technician that serviced the door. He was very prompt and professional. We were amazed not only at his knowledge, but at how quickly he repaired the door. we found precision door service thru home advisers.com. george was the technician who came to us. he was friendly and more importantly knew everything about our old opener system, how to maintain the doors and the fact that our old system was not strong enough to lift our insulated double door. we took his advice and upgraded to a more powerful system so that we may avoid problems in the future.

Key pad a two clickers quit working. I called the Precision, I decided to check if there was a reset button. I unplugged unit and plugged back in. All was working. Then a little while later I tried it again. It did not work. The button on the wall worked the entire time. During that time there wasn"t any and storm or power outage. That happened before. Vann replaced unit. Never had this happen before. I just didn' t understand what the wall button always worked and the key pad and clickers quit working. I think Vann adjusted the tension on the belt,because isn't making a slapping noise anymore. The belt appeared to be lose when the door would go back down. Thank you

On late Saturday afternoon I went out to my garage. I couldn't get it opened. I realized that one spring was broken. I looked in the yellow pages and found your ad. It said there wasn't an extra charge for nights and week-end. I called, and the technician came within a hour and a half. The tech was Chris Wheaton. I had a issue when doing electrical work and shut a few breakers off which created a small issue causing the door to not stay shut. I called at 7 pm for them to come out and take a look at it. To my suprise they had a crew on call to come out that night and fix it. Chris and his other worker were very professional, friendly and courteous. They not only fixed the door opener but gave me advice for possible future issues should they arise. I won't buy or recommend anyone but precision garage doors for any overhead door needs. These guys on top of it.
