My garage door could not be opened. Your service man came very promptly, opened it to get my car out, then closed it again for safety. Both processes were very difficult. The door is a complete loss after 37 years, but he gave me a very fair price on a new door. Will comment again when that is installed!

The agent you sent me was very professional and the installers were also. I gave a bid from another company to the agent and he said he would have someone from the office call me. I spoke with (maybe) Hanna? and she said your company would match the 3 openers and the insulated door. They brought the openers, but when I knocked on the door I realized it wasn't insulated. I told them I was promised that your company would match the other offer; not in price because their price was $175 less than yours, but in product (including the insulated door)I didn't like the way the other companies agent spoke of their competitors. I will be satisfied once you install the insulation as promised. I paid you immediately and I think you will follow through with the insulation because your employees seem ethical and therefore I can assume that the entire company is. Again, I would really like to commend the people you have working for you and the door appears to be installed nicely.

Yes... you have a 5 star review from me! This is the second year we have had you take care of our overhead garage door. The first time (2014) I opened the "Val-Pak" and saw a coupon for service. Eugene Van Babcock was sent to my house and I was very impressed with his knowledge, and his respect for caring for my garage possessions. When I got another "Val-Pak" coupon recently, it rang a bell that I needed a second yearly tune up. I called and asked for an appointment and requested Mr. Babcock. Mr. Babcock was on time today, installed a much needed new key pad. He worked on installing and programming the new key pad and showed me "how to"operate the new pad. He programmed, inside car remote, Overhead Garage door opener, and hand held remote. The coupon was generous and appreciated. Will call again when needed and also recommend you to friends, family and neighbors.

The torsion springs on my garage door broke yesterday evening. Friday night, of course. I called Precision today after finding out they provide service 24/7 without extra charge on weekends. Chris W. from Precision was at my door within an hour and a half of my phone call. He reviewed my repair options with me and once the decision was made, he had the door repaired in about an hour. He knows garage doors and repairs inside out. I am very pleased with the service, the service time and how smoothly and quietly my double garage door operates now. Recommend this company highly. Based on some research I did before calling Precision, I am satisfied that the price I paid was very fair.
