Garage door spring broke and called Precision Garage Door for an estimate. Rashawde Myers was my service technician and he was outstanding. Spent a great deal of time explaining the service that was required and offered multiple options for repair. Recommend their services for any garage door needs.

A perfect transaction! Tyler who did our original estimate was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had obtained several quotes. Precision had the most competitive pricing. Our custom 155 mph rated double door arrived and was installed within three weeks! Thanks to Jason and Michael for doing such a good job on the install!

Your workers, Ian and So were extremely polite and professional. They did an excellent job installing my new garage door. We had a little glitch with the color selection but that too was handled quickly and professionally by Maurice. I appreciate the extra effort Maurice made to correct the issue. Highly recommend Precision!

The techs were great the product good, however I was not let know about the fact I would loose 8 inches of space because of new door. I have waited for over a week for a return call but nothing. Job done have $ no response about issue.

Joseph F came and did a very thorough inspection and gave me an estimate. When Brandon and Bernard came to do the repair, they were very thorough and polite as well. They took care of everything and cleaned up afterwards. I really appreciated knowing who was coming with both a picture and name and information about them texted to me!

Precision Over Head Door is a very professional company. I called due to my garage door failing. They came to my home in about an hour, inspected my door, informed me of the problems and gave me a fair quote for the repair. The repair teem came shortly and preformed all the work. Within about 2.5 to 3 Hrs of finding my garage door would not operate, it was operating smoothly. A very good experience. I highly recommend this company.
