We had a new garage door and garage door opener installed. The products are high quality and beautiful. The installation was meticulous. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Today, we called to request service and were surprised to be told someone would be out same day. In fact, it was less than 2 hours after our call that Precision arrived. Mason was our technician. Mason listened carefully to the issue we were having and was able to immediately make adjustments to address the concern. Mason took time to evaluate other areas of the door and opener to confirm proper function. Mason also spent some time educating us on features of our door and opener and made suggestions on future maintenance, even demonstrating how we can care for the door. After explaining all this in detail, he reminded us of the warranty Precision offers and the excellent customer service that is provided. When Mason left, every issue we had was addressed, we felt educated and prepared to do small maintenance on the door and we had peace of mind having personal experience now with the amazing "after the sale" customer service. Had issues with my 15 year old Overhead Door Legacy model a few days before Hurrricane Dorian. I called the office and the caller was able to talk me through getting the door down and secured. I made an appointment for a service man to stop by whenever possible. This morning the service man (sorry I don't recall his name) evaluated my system and concluded that the driver motor was faulty. I decided to replace the unit. The workmen were awesome and completed the job in short order. Awesome experience.

I called Precision to inspect my Precision door opener, as it was no longer working. It turned out to be an electrical issue in the junction box, rather than an issue with the opener. Greg performed a 25 point inspection to ensure that everything would be okay once the electrical issue with the junction box was resolved. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable, and the service was prompt and remarkable. I am very pleased with their service and my Precision door opener and Precision garage door.

Greg showed up to our house around 4:30, and first did a complete inspection, then shared the results with me and discussed several option to proceed which I really appreciated. He installed the new motor, and did a few other updates and was done around 6:30. Overall great service, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone in the future.
