Jacob, the technician, arrived on schedule, explained the problem to us in detail, and then successfully fixed the problem. He then took the time to ask us to go into the garage and make sure we were satisfied with the repair! He is an excellent representation of Precision. I was very pleased with the service of the technicians (Matt and Will) that installed the garage door. Though there were a few issues and it took a bit longer than expected, their attitudes were great. When they were finished, they made sure I understood how everything operated and also set up the permit inspection. Unfortunately, I can't say the same of the sales staff. When the first sales rep came to my house, she was not prepared. She did not have the information needed for what should have been a standard garage door, she appeared frazzled and then on top of that, I had to sign what seemed a lot of pages on her tablet just to confirm that in fact DID NOT purchase a door. Four or five days went by with no call or email. I finally called her. She promised estimate by end of day. I got it the next morning and it was just way out in left field. I asked her to get me another quote on something a little less expensive and I never heard from her again. My phone rings a week or so later, and it is Chris telling me that they are going to be installing my garage door the next day. I tell Chris I never bought a door from Precision. He then apologizes and says that he was supposed to call Hardy instead of Handy. Much to his credit, after I told him how disappointed I was in the original associate that I didn't even buy a door from them, he actually took the time to find exactly the door I needed (in less than 3 min) and had me on the schedule for installation before the call was over. So, you owe Chris a bonus as without that mistaken call to me and his great attitude and making sure I was happy, I would have never called you back to buy the door. I actually, had another estimate set up with another company. With all that said, I am very happy with my new garage door! Colette Handy

Unbelievably fast and complete service. Started with technician coming at 3 pm followed by a call technician available by 11 am. Showed on time, had all parts available, and taught every important aspect about how to operate the new garage door opener. That's what I call 100% customer care and integrity. Service personnel showed up on time ( actually a little early) finished the work on time and within estimate of time and money. They repaired and replaced certain hardware parts with new parts, and checked out the operation of the door. Things worked well, were done on time and they covered all the details. The service man was on time, courteous and efficient. Could not ask for a better experience, and the door works well.

Although I wasn't expecting to buy a new belt drive garage door opener installed (only called to have existing key pad fixed or replaced), I am extremely happy with the results. Every time I open or close the garage door, I'm amazed at how much more quieter it is. I also love the fact the I am able to lock the door so no one from the outside can open it. The technician was great!

After my old door was damaged last year, I called Precision Door to see if it could be repaired. They came that day, checked it out, made temporary repairs and gave me an estimate on a much needed new door. The new door was installed in less than a day. It was so quiet you could not tell if it was working. Called again to have it checked and adjusted. Again prompt, on time and courteous. Highly recommend them!
