The company and workers are the best. Job was done right and fast, I will call them again. I will tell anyone they are they are the best. I ran into my door and broke the bottom panel bent rollers, plus other things. I called them at 10 am and before dark my door was fixed. You can't get better than that. Very happy I can't say enough for this company.

We are very pleased with the service. Making appointment was easy (talking to a real, live person,) technician came right on schedule and repair was performed promptly. The technician explained everything thoroughly, and we learned a lot about how the garage door system operates. He did offer us services beyond the basic repair, mostly in the nature of upgrades, but there was no hard sell. We'll use Precision Door Service next time we need garage door work.

Precision Door had a tech at my house within 24 hours of calling. The tech called me when he was on his way to my home. I went with the PDS800 belt drive system and I am very pleased with this ultra quiet product. I went back to Precision because when I needed someone in an emergency they were the only company to respond. I have been extremely satisfied with them ever since and this time I needed my mothers garage door system over hauled and they were very detailed in what was needed and what my options were. The 2 technicians called to advise me of their arrival time. They immediately began the job of dismantling the old garage door. They then began installing the new garage door which is able to withstand winds of 140 mph. Since we are once again in hurricane season this new door makes me feel safer.They did such an excellent that job that I treated them to lunch. They tidied everything and left the garage as clean as it was before their arrival. I would highly recommend Precision Door and give them a 5 star rating.
