On late Saturday afternoon I went out to my garage. I couldn't get it opened. I realized that one spring was broken. I looked in the yellow pages and found your ad. It said there wasn't an extra charge for nights and week-end. I called, and the technician came within a hour and a half. The tech was Chris Wheaton. He explained everything to me and what options were. Very polite,cleaned up,didn't long. Thanks

I had a issue when doing electrical work and shut a few breakers off which created a small issue causing the door to not stay shut. I called at 7 pm for them to come out and take a look at it. To my suprise they had a crew on call to come out that night and fix it. Chris and his other worker were very professional, friendly and courteous. They not only fixed the door opener but gave me advice for possible future issues should they arise. I won't buy or recommend anyone but precision garage doors for any overhead door needs. These guys on top of it.

I had a coupon, but really didn't need any repairs..I had changed battery in the remote and didn't know you had to reset the inside button to activate...and the garage door wouldn't open, so the serviceman had to push the button...I still had to pay the $65. service visit for him to do that and thought he should've charged me maybe $30 just to come over, but he was very nice and said"company policy"!

I came home last night to a non-cooperative garage door and nobody in mind to call - it was after 8, so I wasn't expecting anyone to answer when I did. But I got lucky by finding Precision on line, gave them a ring, and was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by a friendly voice telling me that could have someone come out the next day. That would be today. The gentleman that fixed my door called to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and could come by earlier than planned if I liked. Good deal for me, and so he more or less met me at more door when I arrived home. He quickly assessed the situation, reviewed three options, made some suggestions, and got down to work. In less time than it took for me to drink my espresso (slight exaggeration), he had replaced the failed springs and the trimmings to go along with it, packed up, and was ready to be off. Through it all, he explained clearly what the problem was, what my options were, how everything worked, what he would do, and why he would do it. Perfect. Courteous, knowledgeable, got the job done. And done in time for me to get the car out of the garage and my daughter to her ballet class on time. What more could you ask for? I would certainly recommend them again, and while I hope that I don't have need to, I would call Precision again for future repairs.

The Technicians do an excellent job. However, trying to reach some one at your office is not easy. I tried 3 times this morning to reach the Ormond office. The voice message said please hold, and then good bye & disconnected. When I called to see when the doors would be installed I was on hold for at least 10 minutes.

We discovered the broken spring about 5pm on Saturday as we were leaving for dinner. Our old time, very heavy wooden door could not be moved. We were trapped in our garage. I found Precision Door online and made the call for help. Technician George Bears was here by 6:30pm. Mr. Bears was highly professional. He explained the costs and answered all of our questions. Problem solved by 7:45pm. Dinner plans changed but were not cancelled. It was 5 Star service. Very highly recommended.

I was really impressed by the promptness and quality of the service. I called at 4:30 PM and was given an appointment between 5:00 and 8:00 PM that same night! The technician actually arrived at 5:30 PM. His name was Ross and he actually diagnosed the problem in short order. I thought I had a broken spring but it turned out to be something else. Ross went right to work, fixed the problem, checked out the door's condition and lubricated everything. I was very pleased with the service and with Ross. I would certainly recommend Precision based on my five star experience.

The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and introduced himself and then went immediately to work throughly evaluating all elements of our two garage doors. He explained what needed repairing and why it needed repairing. He answered all questions I presented to him with great patience. He went to work and quickly replaced all the parts. When he was done no evidence of parts or work was visible. He then explained the new system and even programmed both the outside key pad and my car. He was very efficient, knowledgable and polite. With all the repairs the one garage door opens almost silently. The only negative thing I can say is the sticker shock of what it costs to repair a garage door was was jaw dropping. But better this then a garage door dropping on my new car or me!
