When I called several garage door repair companies, Precision was the only one to give a free estimate. When Jimmy came he was friendly yet very professional. We told him our problem. He inspected the entire door and was able to repair it the same day. He tightened the springs and replaced the rollers, sprayed rollers and hinges and the door is purring it is so happy. I was extremely pleased with the service I received! Price was competitive, and I called for service after 4 on a Monday, and the problem was fixed by 10:00 Tuesday morning, before the other two companies I had called and left messages with even called me back. I really appreciate that they send their technicians in uniforms with ID badges, and an email telling you who who can expect. My technician was quick, trustworthy and did an awesome job. I'll never call another company again.

I was totally satisfied with the technician. He had to address a problem he had never seen before.He worked out a way to get at and correct the problem. Under Service Performed. None of the categories fit. The center bracket that is attached to the garage wall the spring brackets are attached to came off the wall and was wedge between the door frame and top panel of garage door.

This is the secound time I have used them first time replace motor they did very good work show up on time price OK. This time needed the springs replaced and rollers they showed up before time did good work and last time he said that I should do the springs and rollers just the funds stop then now door sitting in good shape and will use them again if needed.

Hector the service man was on time. He adjusted the spring load. He explained that the spring adjustment might hold for a week, a few weeks or a few mo. or longer. He also said that it probably would go out on me. However, at present time it is working fine. I greatly appreciated he expertise. I had company coming and I really needed it to work. While dispach advised that svc would be between 5 & 8pm. Recieced a call from installer that he was available 3pm. He arrive and did the job in less than a hour. Insalled 2 springs, tested and tweeked whole system. Cost = $330. Very Satisfied. PHK

My Tech was William, he was pleasant, professional, and very clean. Although we don't own our house, Precision was great with customer service and they honored the orignal estimate that was given by Charlie! They also called to let us know approx what time William would be at our home, and he arrived right about the time we were told. Call back from Ormond Beach office about 2 years ago. Patti Canada handled all my calls and emails re new garage door installation with professional efficiency and concern. Delay in expected Aug. 10th delivery for Aug. 16 installation most disturbing as Aug. 31 an impossible date for me.Patti followed thru with Amarr manufacturing, and installation completed on Aug 30 by two very competent technicians(names slipped my memory)
