Thank you for your response. We understand sometimes the safest option is not always the cheapest option. When we were at your home we noticed your top panel was severely damaged. The main center support ripped off the door and it cannot be repaired. The only option we had was to provide you with a free door estimate. We emailed you copies of the inspection with pictures of the damages for your review. Thank you again for the opportunity to work on your home. When you are ready to replace the door I hope you will give us a call.

As far as I am concerned, there is no other company to use for garage door service. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and made sure we understood. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

everything was great. I only have one concern. the tech stated that the present springs were undersized and overwound. They are the same springs that were installed approx. 4 yrs. ago by Precision. Please investigate this if possible.
